This home is a Toll Brothers development in the city of Porter Ranch of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles County!
The specific house in the video is a model home that actually begins at just under $1.5 million. Pricing goes up depending on several factors such as lot choice and staging. These are really some of my favorite homes at an unbelievable price in Los Angeles and I just had to show you guys that there are some beautiful affordable houses out here!! The home is indeed very nice. However, it's a bit of a stretch to label Porter Ranch as "Los Angeles," as it's in the NORTH San Fernando Valley, even though it's in LA County. Additionally, it's worth noting that there was a major issue with a natural gas leak in this area that affected many people. Furthermore, the monthly HOA fee is over $800. in stead of getting this i just got two houses for $20m in Beverly hills, that would be a better business for me now.
There it is! There had to be a catch! I almost made an offer. That's a substantial amount spent. Are you exclusively into real estate investment, or do you have other side investments? I'd be interested to know what your cash flow is like.
I have a financial advisor (trader) she grows my liquid assets, and I reinvest the weekly payouts back into real estate.

Last night i allocated the bedrooms to my family members in a 30 million townhouse. Decided to rent out the top level and converting the roofterrace to a solarium. And then I woke up and got in a tizzy because in the real world, my rent went up by 2 percent.😂

This is 1.5 million dlls without any upgrades so what you are looking at is not what you are buying , this is in porter ranch and a house with those kinda upgrades will be around 1.9 up to 2.5 mill

Exactly, the word "starts" at 1.5 million says it all. It's like in every ad, the product they're showing looks better than what you ultimately get. You're probably lucky if the windows and the front door is included.

I liked the open social Area, pool, master bathroom And balcony with the view the most. But everything was very nice and well planned. U can see this was precisely designed.

I’ve been watching so many of these house tours that’s now when I see a million dollar house I’m like “hmmm that’s cheap”
Someone please explain to me why this house is more polished and dressed up then a lot of the $20 million dollar Mansion tours that I've seen. The home is a cookie-cutter style home in a neighborhood full of other houses just like it, but I've never seen a "cookie cutter" home that was this classy in style and design. I'm glad Darren was given the opportunity to show it to us.

It is a MODEL. They always glitz up the model. You would get a totally stripped down version unless you add perhaps another million in upgrades. Then there's the blank back yard that you would have to also pay big bucks to have landscaped this nice.

@@ArizonaWillful - Yes of course that's true. But not the point. The point is not that it's the "upgraded model", but that the upgraded finishes are much nicer than a lot of big expensive Mansions in really nice upscale neighborhoods.
Also , people love privacy so the housing might be inconvenient for some but this house is really nice
Fabulous job, Darren. I love this house, especially the green/gray color scheme. The pool is dope. Bedrooms and main living areas are very inviting and comfortable. Kitchen is nice too. If I had the scratch I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Very, very nice.

This house is not worth the money. There is nothing unique about it. For the price there should be larger rooms, elaborate bathrooms and large spacious closets. The closets are too small even in the kid’s bedroom. Maybe I am being partial... things are bigger in Texas.
All the upgrades in these model homes are what makes them so gorgeous. They don’t come like this for the 1.5 million starting price, but this is a very nice home, love the back yard. The yard alone probably cost $500,000. Love your videos.

This video brought me to tears. I’ve never seen such a beautiful home for so cheap. May the lord bless me with a home like this. The host was perfect. No crazy music, articulate well groomed. This was paradise. The designer did a job from Heaven . I simply can’t articulate my joy on this video. Raul is nice too

How long does it take to get to Santa Monica area and back by car ? Get to the ocean ? Guess lots of time. Desighn of the house looks great. It probably would cost like 10 millions I think if it was build in expensive area near Santa Monica bitch )

I toured this house yesterday, and I was not at all impressed as far as construction quality and value. Obviously, this is an incredible, spacious, modern house on a hill with a beautiful view, and therefore mind-blowing in its own sense. But after looking at the details, I was appalled. For example, the flagstone over the fireplace and other areas are actually faux 2’x2’ tiles and the gaps are so big you can see them in the video. The railing on the staircase was flimsy. The kitchen cabinets in the model - their third upgrade - seemed less than IKEA quality. Simple, laminated fiberboard. The upgrade costs were outrageous - $30,000 for smooth walls compared to standard “orange-peel” smackdown, and that gas fireplace in the master suite was $27,000. The video tour itself was excellent. Darren is not cocky or over-selling. I'll keep watching!
