As a British Sikh it is nice to see a German family visit temples in India. I met lots of kind hearted German people when I visited Germany. Visit temples here in England too 🙏🏾

100% agreed with what Opa said in the beginning. He summed it up quite nicely - Indians are unaware of the great culture that they inherited. This is mostly because of the numerous invasions that India suffered over the last 500-1000 years. I am hopeful that we are on the way to recovering our lost heritage. A truly Swacch Bharat is a dream that a lot of Indians like me envision for the near future.

Consider bringing your father to Kailasa, Ellora temple. Ellora should be considered as a world's wonder, carved from a monolithic mountain stone, incredible work. Nearby is Ajanta, it has ancient paintings, sculptures.

Pradyumna-ji, you should plan to visit holy places of Southern parts of India (especially Karnataka state & Tamil Nadu) as there are some spectacular temples built thousands of years ago with unknown technology that science can't explain today!
Many Krishna devotees of south are famous here like Kanaka-daas, Purandara-daas, who have written hundreds of devotional-songs and bhajans in regional languages which when listened to can immerse you in pure-bhakti of god and make you shed a tear or two! I am sure the overall experience would be unique and special for you and your vaishnavism-following family!!!
