Baked whole Salmon Fish made easy and perfect for Sunday lunch.
Introducing a step by step guide to baking a whole Salmon in the oven. The Whole Salmon was served alongside a refreshing bowl of Green Tomato and Avocado salad.
INGREDIENTS
3.5kg of Whole Salmon
30g of Spring Onions
25g of fresh Thyme
4 sprigs of Rosemary, 4 large Potatoes
1 tsp of milled Black Peppercorns
20g of Ginger
1 large Lemon
15ml of Olive Oil
1 tablespoonful of Chipotle Chillies
1 teaspoon of dried Dill
1 Jalapenos Chilli
Salt to taste

I love to put green tomatoes in cooked cabbage too. I cook my cabbage in olive oil with green onions. Yummy. I have never seen anyone make salmon look so good! I must try it.

We had this dish for Ramadan today and it was magnificent! Thank you so much for the recipe. We threw in some shrimp in with the fish and made a side of asparagus and coconut shrimp 🍤. To drink, we had carrot juice. Amazing pairing and amazing food.

Unless you enjoy the flavor of fish,,,,,little salt and pepper keep it simple!!!! I hear people say they dose it with lemon because they don’t like the fishy taste than all you taste is lemon
