Thank you for the explanation on how to determine a bottleneck! Last video I tried basically ran in circles and didnt give any real information.
I built my pc a while ago, got 16gb DDR3 ram, an I5 4760, and upgraded my 4gb GTX 770, to an 8gb GTX 1070. Been noticing some stutter on a few games, im hoping its not an SSD bottleneck (I just replaced that with my old one that finally died out on me), and Im figuring its CPU since the SSD really just has the OS and not any games.
