Hello!! I have a problem with one of my baby teeth (molar). The bottom is red, and it seems to be cracked, because one part is wiggly, and the other part is a bit less. I’m a very light smoker…2 or 3 cigarettes a day. I take a puff a few times and put out the cigarette. I seldom smoke an entire cigarette and only if I am dealing with a very stressful situation.
I have been trying to stop and have stopped cold Turkey but whatever the cigarette industry changed the added a much more addictive additive.😢
You should be proud of yourself atleast you trying to quit, it's ok to smoke ciggerate it relief stress and anxiety, BUT it shouldn't lead to addiction, don't worry it's not easy to quit, but it is not hard either. Try yoga , quit consuming alcohol and meat, this will help to quit easier.
@@lawrencebishnoi3849 I don’t drink or have other vices…just the smoking. I swear they changed something and made it harder to stop than in was 15 years ago when I stopped cold turkey.
