I switched to vaping 6 months ago after smoking tobacco for over 10 years am now back to tobacco due to how bad my teeth have become! It's blown me away at how much damage vaping has done to my teeth in 6 months compared to tobacco in 10 years. DO NOT VAPE! NOT WORTH THE PAIN.

when i was still vaping i noticed that i had few stains on my teeth, i thought it's much safer but it's the same as smoking cig. so no to both, also kriss ai doesn't recommend both cause it'll cause damage on the teeth in the long run

i wish i could stop vaping 🙈two years of nonstop vaping i hold this thing in my hands constantly..i tried to quit cold turkey, gradually, non-nicotine liquids..i guess i'll try again the latter this time ..i can't keep doing this to my lungs! 🙈
