I will need your advice on how to bring my wife on my study visa. I am a doctoral student in the Faculty of Arts and Design at the University of Canberra. Marriage was done after the grant of the visa.

Thanks for your help! ☺️ I got my 485 visa and I added my husband to that one, so we both granted our visa one year ago, now we want to apply for the subsequent visa for my step daughter (I’m the main applicant) when I’m filling the application I need to provide this information: “accompanying members of the family unit”. I have a query, If you are already on a 476 visa ( and married ), after 1.5 yrs when 476 is about to expire we can convert a secondary applicants visa into a student visa. This way, the spouse will be converted to a primary applicant ( previously secondary applicant on 476 visa) which will make me the secondary applicant with full working rights for next 2(student)+3(pgwp) yrs.

The process of adding dependent is complete my pcc and medical documents like marriage cert completed
We are recently married it’s been just 2.5 months and we had earlier lodged tourist visa in month of feb during our engagement which got rejected.

Hi, my spouse is admitted to a university, and we are applying for subclass 500, with me as an accompanying person. We answered the GS questions, but in the document attachment, we are asked to upload Genuine Student Dependent statement. What is it? Different from Genuine Student? Since I am not the one studying, how should I write the Genuine Student Dependent?
