I submitted an eoi at the age of 39 Which i claimed 25 points. However, ill be forthy next month. If ever wont get invited before my birthday should i update my eoi and claim lower points? 2nd if i got invited after my birthday what will be the complications on my declared points. The "Agriculture Visa" no longer exists. The 403 PALM program is for those over 21 but does not have a fixed age limit.

There are currently no allocations for the 188C, but this may change from 1 July 2024. There is also the possibility that the Federal Government launches a new visa for Talent and Innovation visa.

Hi Chris, do you reckon the new rules can relax the age for 186 TRT eg like the 457 (under 50)
HI Anthony, This is higly unlikely, as the Federal Government seems to be heading the other way, for example reducing Graduate Visa eligibility from 50 to 35.
The main option would be to consider the various DAMAS which have PR paths up to 55.
