I applied for my spouse's 309 visa on 21/02/2023. It has been 18 months now but the visa has not been received. My husband is an Australian citizen. His sponsorship had Confirmed and sent to the department. I have been to Australia once. I updated police report again in January 2024. The account will be updated every three months. How long will it take to receive my visa? Why is this process taking so long? Is there a way to speed up the process

How do you prove the financial side if your partner isn't an australian citizen yet? Because they're coming from another country i don't know what bank would take it on being non australian?

Hi, I was on PMV300 and applied for 820, I left Australia for an urgent case, then I returned back late, my PMV and BrV A is cancelled. What should I do? Should I apply for tourist visa to get back? Or wait for my 820 to finalize? Can I go back to Austrlia if 820 is grant while I am offshore?

If you have a joint bank account, then why would you need to transfer money to each other, as you can both pull money out of the same account? Not sure how to prove that?
