This sponsorship needs to be available for everyone working in aged Care. People of all backgrounds who are already over here by one or many generations all need the same benefits for their jobs too. Does the Aged Care Labour Agreement include funding or sponsorship for Local workers already working in place? Not Immigrant and not over 50? Why would the government provide employment funding or sponsorship for only part of their Aged Care workforce? Does this not create a monetary prejudice that affects employment opportunity for locals, who are one or two generations immigrant also. Equity and fairness.
