i rember this episode of mr.magoo it used to be on the nickelodeon show weinerville. all i remeber is when the cops bike gets wet and has a hard time to start it.
"Ho-no! Will ya look at that! They've gone too far with the Cadillac this year!" [Whale swims past] HAHAHAHA! The part where he rolls down the window is epic!! "My word...until you enforcement learn a little personal tidiness, I find it beneath my dignity to speak with you."
:30 - The Harpsichord melody at this point on are the EXACT SAME notes as Vic Mizzy's motif on the The Addams Family soundtrack (the theme usually used when an episode begins).... Who else can hear that?

Daws Butler (uncredited) is "Waldo", "Happy Leo" and the "Motorcycle Cop"...Dean Elliott later scored Chuck Jones' "Tom & Jerry" cartoons at MGM.

The 'Cadillac' was later confirmed by Pink Floyd to be a Chrysler.

You obviously fail to see how different Magoo was from all the other toons of that era.
That pretentious UPA style, that's what... UPA cartoons are on the whole my least favourite cartoons from the golden age.
