Give Snow lightbringer or ability to control ice dragon to save everyone from wights and then they need to be saved by White walkers so Arya awesomely kills NK.
Now Snow feels really irrelevant as no one would believe hes the rightful heir. And if no one knows her abdicate the throne except for 3 people then what is the point in showing all of the history... joke ending.
@@thricefan89 no the NK in the tv show was a normal guy under some magic spell stuff to make him a weapon of mass destruction...and he was out of controll. So the big fight in the end would be to clischee.
So Jon "Aegon" snow still was a hero by all his actions up to the point he untited all forces for the final battle.
The last book will named Dreams of spring so it will probably be after the long night and the White Walkers so 3 episodes for the story of the last book is ok i guess.
Remember lord of the ring also dosnt end with the the death of sauron. There was still some big enemy left.
So at least we should wait till the end.

KIT is such a good guest! Like, he's well mannered, humorus, down-to-earth. After the show I'm watching all of his interviews. I don't want any spoilers, and yet he provides the info about the cast making them interesting and human. Also, Stephen, thanks for NOT making him squirm. You're a good host.
Stephen steered that interview in the right direction. He could have pressed and pressed and been a dick about it all, but instead just made wild guesses that could never be true and made it fun for everyone.

The fact that Kit's wife guessed "every single possible outcome but the one that happened" actually rules out most popular theories. Like she almost certainly guessed the Night King wins, Jon takes the throne, Dany takes the throne, etc. but none of them were right according to Kit.

Jon's story is so tragic. He was used by Bran and Tyrion. Bran used him to get the throne and get him and Dany out of the way. Seem's Bran could see the future - he said he agreed to come down to KL because he knew he be asked to be King. In the farewell scene he told Jon he had been in exactly the right place - i.e the right place in KL with Dany to kill her, rather play a role with defeating the NK. Just like Bran gave Arya the dagger and used Theon as a shield - knowing the outcome, Bran fed Jon the info about his parents via Sam. He waited for Sam to find out about Dany killing his father and brother and to set seeds of doubt in Jon's head and then it sets the chain of events that led to Dany's increasing paranoia and isolation that led to her committing genocide in KL. Bran and Tyrion used Jon to kill Dany. . Tyrion talks Jon into it - he wont do it himself - Tyrion acted a coward and threw his pin and got arrested rather than be calm and get close enough to stop her later on. Tyrion was co-conspirator to Dany's death and tells Jon they both did it afterwards- yet he is now hand of the King and effectively ruling the 6 Kingdoms. Whilst Jon is banished to exile - no wife, no land, no family. Sansa the one who pushed for Jon to be King because of his birthright and spread the gossip, doesnt care anymore and gets what she wants. Arya who is a faceless assassin does not use her skills to get Jon out of prison nor does she use another unsullied's face to take out Grey Worm and take his face to influence things at the trial and set him free. Jon's ending is so tragic - they all used him to do the things they couldn't and they all get what they wanted. Makes me sick. Bran is definitely a villain.

One of my favorite traits with Stephen is his love for Lord of the rings.
