imo they should make it so mirage can switch places with his decoys. That would make it interesting
No new legend, but that's all alright. If we only get a new one every other season so that older legends (and weapons) can get some attention with adjustments/reworks/ buffs etc, then it's a good development cycle to stick with moving forward.
Yeah I think I'm mostly good with it. As long as the legend changes are meaningful and substantial
On a side note maybe Respawn know it's best to just have a filler season, Overwatch dropping it's next season with a ton of new stuff the same week. I know two different sub genres, but they capture similar players, both will be vying for attention.
I'm more happy with reworks than adding new characters every season, rainbow six did it and they don't add new abilities at all. Well at some point you got everything in game

Mirage main here. He doesn't need a rework, just a few tweaks to his decoys. He's fantastic otherwise.
I haven't played in a year+ but I plan on returning, do players still just ignore the clones because back when I last played people always knew who was the clone and who wasn't
@@hotman4214 it’s a lot harder to spot for sure now. 90% of players shoot most of my decoys.😄
Lifeline definitely needs rework or a super buff. Make lifeline relevant again 😭

Disruptor for the PK? OMG that shotgun is gonna be wild and the Alternator will be meta if you find the hop-up. I'm sure it will be a legendary hop-up as all the epic hop-ups went to legendary.

@TimProVision Maybe it will be like 11 or 12 damage per pellet with disruptor, so a full hit will be 121 or 132, or maybe it will do more who knows. I'm going for 11 damage

If they follow the rev rework path how do you think they should rework Mirage? Can’t really think of good options without taking away indicators like his glow up going into ult
Crypto having the drone be on auto would be nice and/or the ult emp only slowing down enemies would be huge
The drone working like vantages bat would be cool too
Used to murder with charge rifle in TitanFall 2 and the new bullet time will throw me off a bit but be terrified

new PC player from console here. having to get to level 50 just to play ranked is nothing short of shambolic. i actually can’t get my head around it. i’m having to grind this awful casual mode for days and days and i’m still miles away. embarrassed for them on this decision
A Lifeline rework would be nice😅
I wish they would just bring select fire back without putting the prowler in the CP
This might seem crazy but since the dummys in firing range have AI and can attack, I think Mirage's tactical should have that. Having 1 man on your team with a not so op gun skill could be of help
claw settings needs a Nerff , if they Nerff the Trigger impact input settings ( Default )

I stopped playing ranked and, sadly, it doesn't sound like I'll start again this season. Too bad.
Anybody complaining about this next season is just complaining for the sake of it, because this is looking to be a great season with the charge rifle now taking skill to use and rev being actually good 🗿
People are entitled to feel the way they feel. Although there's definitely still room for improvement, I'm not sure if I agree

I mean, charge rifle really only effects ranked play as it's rarely seen in pubs. And revenant will be cool for about a couple weeks and people will go back to their favorites like it goes every season, probably even less seeing that he's already been in the game. From the casual pubs player pov, which I would imagine most of the player base is, there really isnt anything too interesting this season that will be entertaining past the first 2 weeks. At least some new mixtape maps helps.
@@chriselkins6771 yea, I’m not excited about rev because of his hype I hope he goes back to low pickrate because those are some of my favourite legends to play, for example one of my mains is wattson but I also main path, catalyst, current rev, and hound
I just really hope they fix ranked this season. For me personally, if they dont make ranked better then this is kind of just a filler season. However, that would change if there is a lot more updates that they just havent shared yet. Is there any news on if there will be other legend changes outside of rev?
They mentioned specific legend tweaks to ultimate timers. But only mentioned loba. Not sure about anything outside of her

I've been on the fence about Apex since Catalyst dropped. No new legend, gun, mode, or map changes is a new level of disappointment for me. The battle pass is pretty boring, and I'm too burnt out from fomo to even bother with the collection event. As a matter of fact, them dropping the collection event day one really rubs me the wrong way.
Ngl, with the changes we’re getting it’s kinda underwhelming for a whole season. 2 years ago this would be a mid season update….
No new character, no new gun, no new map or map changes, didn’t nerf the nemesis… with all that said, I’m still gonna play it and max out the battle pass 😅
Would honestly love for crypto to get a slight rework hes the only legend that needs his tactical to use his ult hes still a great legend

Highly HIGHLY doubt SP will be in rotation. Definitely won't be in rotation first half. Atleast we know the fps on their testing maps are running at 120 fps smoothly. So I say that's coming sooner rather than later. Atleast we know they're working on it. That was actually mentioned.
I think they're going to try and surprise us with the new updates to SP and this season just be a make over season
Hopefully the stormpoint update is just slightly delayed? Maybe mid season?

I finally hit masters this season but just looking at it it’s just a rat badge since the majority of masters and new preds are doing that mostly I wanted to hit masters as a little achievement that it was a grind but it’s just a rat badge at the end of the day
I really like the new rev heirloom i definitely would have liked the effects to be a different color other than red but it’s still pretty nice looking

I find it very annoying how it literally says that apex is optimized to new xbox consoles, but no and the worst thing is that, i can't run apex on an external hard drive but instead i have to download it on my xbox which has no more storage.

Everyone hates long range charge rifle, so what do the devs do… “more damage the further away you are”.. There has been so many brain dead moves by respawn over the years, whoever signs off on this stuff honestly should be fired.. or multiple people who cares, it’s pathetic

I would say Ash would need a fix similar to this. Her Tactical is less than lack lustre even after her “buff”. Wraiths ultimate is better than hers in every way.
And her passive has more detriments than positives.
Her passive is pretty much on the level of wraith passive now. Her ult could use a buff as well
Her ult is fine because it's meant to be shorter range but very fast, but her tactical definitely needs a buff. Another second or two on the tether would actually help keep the enemy vulnerable
I would argue that her tactical needs to tether you with less room to move and if you made it as quick as an arc start it would honestly not be the worst thing in the world. He Ult needs to go further just like they did with Wraith Portal. Put it to 100m and it would do wonders for her
@@maxl8623 keep the shorter range ult but make the travel speed a little faster. matches the tactical buff and is in line with her nature of a fast attacker

Obviously I'd want to see mirage rework for the sake of comp games, i think its fun to make comp games more chaotic than they already are, but that is only possible if mirage can become a viable option for pros to use.

What is going on with these guys and the maps??? As a player I feel EA is just exploiting the lack of other good FPS games. The game is sooooo tired at the moment. We need maps. New maps and new stuff, regularly. The game is good but door is wide open for something better to come along. I'm really looking forward to Marathon.
We do get a new map every year which is honestly pretty crazy for a BR... but definitely would like more regular updates to the existing maps
@@TimProVision Agree. If it's one map per year cool but then that map has to evolve. And evolve in a way that adds to the gameplay.

It's a bit harsh. But if you feel this way, leaving some feedback that is meaningful would be helpful. As currently there isn't any in this comment, just emotions.
@TimProVision i would be more than happy to provide that. Yes, my comment is definitely emotion based. I love this game but my experience playing shows its completely broken. I dont think there is much i can say that hasnt already been brought up over the years. Self admittedly my way of talking can be intense. I do have a list of every technical issue and personal issue i have. I put it together to tell respawn if i ever found the opportunity
Weapon bugs: not firing, random reloads, not being able to unholster. Entire weapons are not being usable (may be a frame rate issue, though). Throwables are not throwable. Heal, and ping menus not functioning. Incorrect actions performed for the input entered. Smurfs and cheaters running rampant (i do consider smurfs cheaters while acknowledging the difference). Horrendous matchmaking system (by a rank standard, im a gold while my lobbies are diamond and masters heavy. By skill, i average 4 elims with 600 damage. My enemies are closer to 12+ elim 1,500 damage). The issue with match duration has 2 major factors from my perspective, first and largest; their central POIs, fragment/monument, cascades, estates, containment, terraformer/prominade. These places are far too team heavy compared to the loot available. Not including the loot dynamics being abysmal. Second is zone. it's far too easy to survive early zones. There are no consequences for abandoning matches. These are just the beginning of the issues i experience but these are specific to technical problems. Everything else has connection to personal opinion
Oh my i forgot the one that make me the most angry. Walls, doors, boxes, rocks, twigs, flowers, ledges that my character model gets stuck on but dont actually protect from incoming shots. This issue by far occurs the most frequently and is the most aggravating.
