I will gradually decrease the temperature about 1/2 way through my shower and have a last rinse of cold water. It’s not bad at all if it’s done slowly.
@@irisdel7159ik, before when I used to take them (couldn’t handle the pain for much longer) I would have to force myself to do it and started hating taking showers. It took me a lot of metal strength to put myself in that situation and the worse part was… I didn’t even adapt to the temperature so it was literal hell. After I switched to hot showers my time in the shower went from 10 minutes to 30!
No need to take completely cold showers. I tried and got a cold shortly after every time (my immune system is not the strongest). Coldish showers had same benefits for me without the bad effects and needless suffering lol
The shower thing. You can start by having a Luke warm shower and a few minutes before you get out lower the temperature. Let your body adjust and lower some more. No need to shock yourself right away.

On the shower one, what i usually do is to shower normally and the slowly changing the water temperature from hot to cold so it's easier for your body to get used to the cold☺️

What helped me was making my bed straight after I wake up and let light into my room bcs I used to stay in darkness. Sun makes me have so much energy, also when the bed is made I don't want to stay on it anymore. Anndddd I tried to not stay on my phone straight after waking up, bcs if I did so I would spend all of my day on the phone. I tried to get myself busy. The less I used the phone, the more I realised I don't really need it. After that I became so productive. The phone REALLY distracts us from living our real life. Or at least for me. I hope this can help someone✨

I'm turning 14 later this week and I recently tried taking a cold shower. I usually shower in warm-hot water so this was a challenge but I kept telling myself I could do it and after a little bit of self motivation I did. 😁 I felt like it was a big step out of my comfort zone but it was definitely worth it!! And yes, I know there are people my age making thousands but my parents are in a good financial situation and we don't need to worry about money. I have enough money myself too, and I know how to earn it. I have had a lot of experiences worth more than a shower, but I feel like it's a habit I should keep.

I usually use: cucumber or lemon. occasionally, I use: watermelon, strawberries and blueberries! mint is also rlly good! I highly recommend and it also gives you extra proteins (I think)

Some people are used to super hot showers and to warm temperatures I can get easily sick in the cold so for those who wanna get used to the cold start by lowering the temperature of the water from what it usually is for u and keep lowering the temperature every time u take a shower until the water is completely cold

I want to say that i changed no I've gain two good habits from her now I'm loving that is drinking more water and my favorite one taking bath in cold water it's actually rainy season but i choose the cold water and it makes me really energetic.... The third one i can't afford it but I'll daily eat carrot and bananas... I also needed to do meditation just to calm my nervousness in the morning before school. I just end off my showers with a minute or two of cold water. At the start it literally took my breath away but now I almost love it. Makes dealing with loadshedding in South Africa somewhat okay... Somewhat
Proudly say i take cold shower even in winter also as well as in summer. It makes me come out of my comfort zone and also cleans my aura and makes me feel so fresh and energetic. It has been the daily practice of my life. Thank you for the tips you are so motivating love from india. 🇮🇳🙏🏻

Hi everyone... I want to say that i changed no I've gain two good habits from her now I'm loving that is drinking more water and my favorite one taking bath in cold water it's actually rainy season but i choose the cold water and it makes me really energetic.... The third one i can't afford it but I'll daily eat carrot and bananas... I don't know but actually i love fruits so I'm taking it daily i can't afford rainbow foods instead i go with one fruit a day it's not enough for me still I'll follow the third one when i finish my studies..... Such an inspiration she is 😌❤✨ .... I love her.... For me she's an goat 🐐 😌✨
Baby steps. If and when you can. Then just keep at it until you get to where you want to be.

I also needed to do meditation just to calm my nervousness in the morning before school. I’ve been not doing these habits lately, but for me, I needed to stop listening to musics that has me been feeling detached by not being able to socialize. I just really had bad anxiety every single day going to school. It will only get better if I will do these type of habits. Thanks for reading the comment. I appreciated.😇
