Since you are rotating a shape around a point, it should be circular. Perhaps your resolution is affecting your display. If you find out why it is happening, please come back and leave a solution in the comments - If it has happened to you, it will have happened to others.
@@CreateForFree I used a perfect circle, and the ellipse has a ratio of 1:2. it's not about the screen resolution (the circle is round). I haven't found a solution yet

why can the "rotate copies" effect not be circular, but compressed along the Y axis to the state of an ellipse?
