    Knowing this will help someone else here’s a simple easy trick to generate more alpha brain waves.
    Close your eyes and imagine a blue sky and just breathe. The breathe is what links the mind and body, and the color blue promotes more alpha waves. It takes practice and persistence but eventually you will see a change.

      What does it mean to be in an alpha state or have alpha brain waves ? Like is it to have your mind completely in silence or something along those lines ?

    Excellent, that’s what I’m hearing from 100 different sources.
    But, the problem is WHERE to go from here? What EXACTLY do we need to do in this “week” to gain our Alpha state of mind back?
    This is the problem we run into with every video, article, show, interview… It’s always super easy and you can do this and that and this etc etc, but we are never told WHAT to do!
    Any help is greatly appreciated 🌀

      Meditation and mindfulness is the key. There are alpha brainwave mediations on CZcams you can use, at first it may be uncomfortable if your brain and body is not use to that frequency. After time it will adjust and acclimate to that brainwave state. Regular meditation works as well, starting with at least 15 minutes a day. There are many styles of meditations and it can become overwhelming on which one to use but it’s basically sitting or laying in a relaxed position and allowing your body to relax more and more, your thoughts will try to race (because it is not in alpha state and used to racing) and being mindful of the thoughts but just allowing them to pass through and return to focusing on relaxing. Background sound is good to focus on as well! Finding what works for you. It’s teaching your mind and thoughts so slow down which in return raises your frequency hence the alpha state. Focusing on the heart and your breathing works too. There’s no right or wrong way it’s just finding what works for you and sticking with it. If your not used to being relaxed it will feel awkward at first but just stick to it. Change is never comfortable at first.

      well, the easy way to be in Alpha or in Gamma state which is better than Alpha is to be in the moment that is to say just concentrate on whatever you are doing in the precise moment ,do not let your mind eonder like a monkey jumping on trees to trees, let go off any fear or anything else that bıthers you,that is all ,it is not easy but it is simple

    Alpha Find comfotable place Raise your eye balls up look up like looking at ceiling taking 3 deep breaths beath in slowly hold on count of 3 slowly release on 3rd release of breath close your eyes lower your chin slightly as though looking down flight of stairs slowly count down 10 steps Your now in Alph state relax imagine what you wish to bring into your life or just enjoy being count 12345 gently open your eyes .

      Alpha is the mind wave state between beta and delta when you just wake up out of theta and delta when you first start thinking. So instead of jumping out of bed, just lay down relaxed and think of things that improve.your life and the answers will flood your mind. Inventors like Thomas Edison and Tesla knew this secret.

      There are alpha brainwave meditations on CZcams. It may feel uncomfortable at first if your body and mind are not used to being in that state. Just remember to keep breathing and relaxing into it. Over time you will adjust to it. When you start to be able to feel fully relaxed listening to it and feel a positive shift within yourself, you know it’s working.
