Anaplasmosis is overtaking other coinfections..."Anaplasmosis prevalence in New York State nearly quadrupled statewide from 2010 to 2018,"

Lived in northern NY most my life. I spent most my time in the woods. Around 2010 is when I started noticing ticks. Now we are infested with dog and deer ticks

Went to emergency room was a little fuzzy in the head, fever around 104.5 for a few days and monstrous headache and I think because when they asked if I used medical Mariguana and I said yes they have me bare minimum treatment. Thinking I was drug seeking or some shit. They gave me some meds for headache and some painkillers and sent me home. I went to my pcp the next day and they found the anti plasmosis and started me on doxycycline. I have serious fatigue still and balance problems but I was back at work two days after diagnosis working 24 hour shifts.
The cdc is doing an investigation in NWPA because of so many cases. This stuff ain’t nothing joke
Having some liver stuff showing up.

It's been a little over a month since I was diagnosed. My head still isn't right.

My r.v. Got infested with ticks this past spring/ summer. My 2 dogs and I were bitten all summer. Got back to Arizona and my dogs tested for Anaplasmosis. We’re treated but I had to wait because, no money. Got approved with Medicare, went to a doctor through them and he said humans cannot contract anaplasmosis. I have had all symptoms earlier on, headache, body aches, heart palpitations, foggy in the head. No energy. I don’t know what to do, help!
