I do love this broccoli/cauliflower salad! Definitely going to make this. The fact that the veggies are lightly steamed really caught my interest. Dressing looks great, cheese and bacon! Yum! Thanks a bunch!

We love to eat street corn 🌽 covered in hot fries in cheddar cheese sauce 😋🤤 that slaw looks bomb 💣😋 I also make really good potatoe salad I use pickles 🥒 and onion 🧅
COLD RAW SALAD
Cut Raw Cauliflower and broccoli bite size.
Cut baby carrots smaller, (but not shredded).
Add little black pepper
Add little Buttermilk Ranch.
Made this at The Deli where I worked. It was so good.
Sounds good but would change the baby carrots out with regular carrots. My husband won't eat baby carrots.

Chilled Green Bean Salad
1 can drained cut green beans.
1 can not drained stewed tomatoes.
Sliced red onion.
Add everything and chill overnight
It's awesome for a BBQ on a hot day.

Broccoli and cauliflower looks great
Perfect for this time of year. Love it Catherine.
I don't like peppers so I add shredded carrots and a small jar of pimentos for color. I also use dill relish instead of chopping pickles. I never thought of the canned potatoes but will definitely be using them now. Oh...and I add about a Tbs of mustard too.

Great salads recipe right in time for summer. I keep can potatoes in my pantry for emergency. Perfect for vegetable soup when you don't have fresh. Its a great substitute when a potato is needed, but personally I don't like the texture. 😐

Thst potato salad looks really good. But if I brought it to my church potluck I would have to leave the celery out because one of the church group members is allergic to celery.
That's not a problem, you can leave the celery out.

Do the canned potatoes have a weird texture? Looks like they would.
I don't think the texture is much different from a regular baked potato, maybe a little more dense.
I made the potato salad... the potatoes were to hard. Wondering how to soften them up... microwave a bit?
I've never had any hard potatoes from the can. I would probably microwave in 30 sec intervals.
