i think hes definitely right. moving off ball is incredibly important and most people arent gonna have the ball in their hands like harden for the entire game. But its much more beneficial for a player to have those skills to get to the league, and teams are always infatuated with the next star or the next player oozing with upside. So I feel like both the american and european mentalities are right, just in different ways
