I was gifted one of these and it’s as good as a normal wine bottle opener with the added function of a large knife. I would personally never buy one but it stays in my kitchen and gets used when I need to open a bottle of wine

I have a le creuset 2-step waiter's friend bottle opener and that cost a pretty penny. Nice quality waiter's friend style openers like the winemaster you have there definitely command a premium. I guess that explains the markup. :)
I think the keyring thing is more for a waiter maybe, on an extendable lanyard?
You run the foil cutter under the "bump" in the neck of the bottle, that cuts away the foil.
Then you screw the corkscrew into the middle.
Using the first "knuckle" of the pivot you rest it on the edge of the bottle glass and use it as a pivot to get the cork moving.
Once you've levered it up far enough you can reseat the tip of the pivot onto the glass of the bottle, then use that to fully remove the cork without too much exertion and without any wine splashing everywhere.
Cork should remove nice and cleanly.

The only thing’s that I like about the knife is how big it is and the size of the blade. And if I may know what is the name of the other Swiss Army knife you had in the video ( I think it should cost like 70 or 80 dollars)

If you also get the cheese master, then i'll be totally convinced you are an SAK fanboy.
