Probably unquestionably one of the best moments in the show. Honestly the scene before this one where Brian watches the kids disappear from the photo pretty much praying peter will come through while Earth Angel is playing in the background then watching Peter take Lois back from Quagmire and ACTUALLY doing one of the only genuinely romantic heartfelt displays of affection in the whole is such a strong lead in to this 100% earned celebratory ending number
