In this episode we meet Lance and his gorgeous Lexus ISF. I find that this car is a car that is subtle on the streets and only enthusiast would know the type of machinery and engineering that went into this project. I understand that this car is designed for that specific niche of people. However, I absolutely love the touches that Lance has done to this luxuries sedan. It goes to show that the owners personal touches makes a huge difference in any specific car. His older Honda sedan is very similar style to this current build and we absolutely love all of the touches he has done. Cannot wait for the future plans on this gorgeous LEXUS. I drove one in early December 2020. I fell in love with it the car. I bought one two weeks ago, early January 2021. 2012, 32k miles, NGP, red leather seats. Super clean and one owner.

Having driven a 2012 as a turbo honda guy, I gotta say the IS is gonna be huge tuner scene. It's still a car that's insane to drive when tuned or at the 300whp gang

I picked up my '08 ISF 3 months ago and I have ZERO regrets. A lot of car for the value and authorities don't even bat an eye, which to me, is a plus because I came from an Integra. lol

@@AutomotiveAnatomy Most likely do FBO since I've recently acquired a catback exhaust and a tune on, which really changed the way how the car drove. The aftermarket for these cars are especially expensive, but really worthwhile in the long run. I would encourage people to get one now before the prices skyrocket too high since there are around 5,000 of them imported to the US since '08 until the end of it's production in 2014. I was just lucky to find mine in the price range that I can consider as 'affordable.' lol

@@5.0_Lex_ late reply, but I bought mine for 19k with 130k. Now, it currently has about 135k on the clock.

Man I wanted this car so bad. But once I was in the market prices shot up to over 30k for a 100k mile car.. couldn't justify the purchase.
I know exactly how you feel. By the time I got through grinding to afford a ISF under 100k miles the prices changed, ended up getting a low mileage 350 for a great price though
@@sesh3508 Good choice, i honestly wish I had went that route. I went from a 1st gen is300 and ended up with a infiniti q50. Man do I miss driving a Lexus..

I just bought mine and had it delivered to my house yesterday and mine's is ultrasonic blue it's a 2009 one and I cannot get over how understated these cars were but looking at some of the prices he definitely dropped mortgage money for some of the stuff LOL

@@AutomotiveAnatomy hey thanks man so what I want to do is definitely get some more seat time in it even as is now it's such a capable monster and it's so hard to believe that this is Toyota not to mention I still get the reliability even with the mileage on mines. Maintenance then a few bolts headers two intake see where it goes I don't want to go too hardcore with it giving the fact that I'm living in New York for a small amount of time and I'm going to be bringing the car with me back to California so I need to factor in those smog details

I used to think that as well but it wasn't until I found out that is not to look like a racer, but to protect alcantara wheel. Those things aint cheap lol

I thought the same thing and then I heard how easy it is to basically soil those things and they’re pricey.
