After this Georgia runoff, can we get a national law passed saying if you're going to run for a political office in that state, you have to live in that state for at least 5 years and prove you do live there. Not own property, not move there for like 2 weeks, not commute there.

Problem is that states have some constitutional leeway to say how their elections are run and they use a lot of wiggle room with that and now are trying to say that they have full rights over federal law.
But I agree with you. if it's for federal representation then there should be federal guidelines that all must follow and actually being a citizen fully participating in the state in which they are going to run.
