3:17 note that average ping is 50ms and average human reaction time is 300ms or 200ms when ur prepared (ie. prepared to take a gunfight after swinging an angle). what do you think has more of an impact
I think his point was that peaker's advantage is a combination of slight difference in reaction time and the time it takes the server to update the location of the peaker.
Also, the difference in human reaction times wouldn't be 200 to 300ms, but angle-holder's reaction time minus peaker's reaction time (for example, 300ms - 250ms + 50ms ping = 100ms peaker's advantage)

I actually wish more people just held in DM, the problem is when they hold you behind cover and swing when they hear you, making you lose peekers advantage.

One thing I think is wrong that was mentioned is that peekers advantage will be most impactful not on higher ping but lower ping. The lower the ping the lower the latency. Ping is always roundtrip, so its send and receive time combined, which means low ping always gains advantage.

holding angles is really difficult especially when we didnt know what time the enemy will appear on your screen [ unless you're holding on a weird angle ]

when you walk, isn't there a delay until you can fire accurately? I thought that delay would be bigger than the ping on a good connection meaning the defender should have an advantage, not the peeker.

I am currently in Bronze 3. When I solo queue, I get placed with Bronze and Silver players no matter the game. But when I queue along with my Iron 1 friend, I get queued up with Iron and low Bronze players and I end up obliterating them but sometimes my teammates are also the same level as the bad enemy. Is this a common thing? Shouldn't we be queued with other Bronze players since I'm higher and also the party leader?,
Also bronze 3. Literally always getting put with iron and bronze teammates and going up against gold/silver. I fucking hate the matchmaking and rating system. I’ll too frag all night and my teammates throw and I still lose RR points
I think you also need higher than 60hz monitor for players who wants to hold angles and for cleaner aim duel.
