You are welcome! I may not know a single timing down to the actual second, but I know "roughly" how long it takes and I am constantly using that to my advantage.
ALSO for post-plant bombs the defuse sound cues are different. When its a 7 second defuse its sound normal but if the bomb is halved and has 3.5 second defuse its sounds more high pitch. Knowing the difference between 2 sound cues will help time your peeks!

I think you need to know the timing of smokes cause i see a lot of people of guard they think the smoke is like a wall and when it drops, the person dies. I also see pheonix flashing himself cause he though the smoke havent fade but when he threw the flash the smoke fades and he flashes himself, causing him to die. Is this true and do you see it too in some VoDs or your own games?
Any advice on how to counter people swinging wide? It feels like whenever I’m holding an angle they swing wide and before I can make the micro adjustment from the wall to their head they kill me. Gold 3 btw. Thanks!
Try holding a little further away from the wall. If you know they're gonna wide swing you want to place your crosshair in a way so that they walk into the crosshair and basically do the aiming for you. Crosshair placement is key!
A lot of it is just having teammates who comm often and efficiently. Maybe when you’re in a situation where there could be an enemy try not to look at your map and ask your teammates what’s going on instead.
U can also look at minimap when I REPEAT when you have cover never look at minimap when you have a cover ex.wall,obstacles etc.Trust me you'll just look like an idiot while you're looking minimap in the open
