Look, I dont want to be a pro or anything, I just dont want to die after 5 seconds.
i dont wanna be a pro, i just wanna be good enough to play with my friends
other people: "Aim small, miss small"
me: "shoot first, die first"
Lmao yes, even if I am not a duelist i just rush the site in hope of killing 2or 3. But inspite i am the first to get killed :(
i was about to like this comment but looking at the amount of likes, i know it would be unholy of me to do so
Practice Guide For Valorant From The VIDEO:
- Practice Aim for Heads: 5 MINS
- Eliminate 50: 5 MINS
- Speed HARD: 15 MINS (Think He Meant 5 MINS)
- Eliminate 50 Strafing KEEP Crosshair At Heads and Track: 5 MINS
- Eliminate 50 Peek Behind Objects and Peek Shoot: 5 MINS
- 20M FULL AUTO SPRAY Keeping Bullets In Centre: 5 MINS.
I think he might have been referring to the first three (3×5=15), as he said those were for pure accuracy. The rest is for peeking and the likes.
5:45 "But when you PeEAak..!" xD
HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHQHH when i heard that crack i went directly in the comment section
I’ve watched my fair share of “pro aim guides” and I have to say that this one is easily the best on CZcams rn. You said all the right stuff and actually went into detail with movement and peeking techniques. Great work’
I have to agree half the videos state you should be able to move 180 degrees in a single mouse movement wasnt till i toned it down after this video i started hitting shots alot more
I followed a few of your tips, mainly practicing a bit in the range, and keeping a low edpi, and 2 rounds later, I got my first ace!
this is honestly so good, most ppl just say JUST CHOOSE a DPi tHat Suits u but you actually talk about pros sens and explained all the edpi complicated stuff really well, thank you so much
I have been watching a loooot of Valorant Guides recently, this one is clearly the best. Great job man !
This channel is actually so helpful, even something as simple as the outer line offset 40 trick brings something to new players that even seasoned players would want to try out.
Ty for the training schedule at 24:50
That is what I was looking for 👍
Great information! I feel like all the other Valorant aim tutorials I watched were commercials for something or another, and dragged on. Your video was to the point, layed out evidence as to why practice certain parts of the game, and then gave an action plan. THE BEST all around structured tutorial I have seen! Well earned like and sub👍🏼
love this, can we have like a pdf or a recap in the description of the 30 mins training please ?
@@matthewhickey2467 The PDF is not gonna help him get more views so i can understand
@Panos Sampa and maybe you can stfu. Not all of us need to watch a 30 min video
Thank you so much for this! I can actually play confidently now. After being on console for the last decade+, I’ve had no confidence or consistency in my gameplay since I’ve been on PC/Valorant the last 2 weeks. The eDPI 200-400 section and the target practice bit about right clicking right after A>D or D>A while shift strafing was a game changer! I’m so happy 😁😁 Thank you!!!
It was helpful to me, there's no way you learn these things by yourself without havin played cs, it would take a lot of time. Nice job.
Skillcapped:
"The best players use 382 edpi!"
Me with my edpi of 24,000:
"I'm just gonna pretend I didn't see that"
Came back to this tutorial guide to say thank you! I've been practicing for a week and noticed I've improved. Thanks for this!
The edpi thing was a new thing I didn't knew about, I will set it on 300 and start practice right away. Thank you soo much for all the tips.
can't wait for more guides. I loved ur last few videos.
I had to come back to this video after over a year.. this video no joke made me go from 15 kills per game to about 30+.. I just wanna say thank you so much. I watch all of your guys videos on all the games I play and they are some of the best out there ❤❤
Finally someone showing and explaining how to use the training area. I knew there are bots but the only cue on the screen is F2 to change agents so without knowing how to turn it on I was practicing on the flying targets outside lmao
I just started playing this a few days ago, and this game has the best training range I've seen, it has so many option. I had some experience with overwatch before their player-base became toxic lol, but liking this so far. It's cool that this is a little more tactical than OW, since everyone is squishy, and you really have to know how your abilities can be used efficiently.
6:10 I can't be the only one who saw that
@@s.inn_ not really the fault of the font. The graphic designer should've use more letter spacing to also make it more readable
This guide is so detailed and the examples really set you apart from other channels doing the same thing! Good work
Thanks for making this video. You hugely helped me in getting better at not only Valorant, but more fps. This was SUPER helpful. Everyone should see this before even starting to play.
“The average eDPI you should aim for is 200-400”
Me: ah so compared to mine which is... 3200 I see where I’m going wrong
i use 3200 dpi with 0.4 in game sense, kinda comfortable with it, but aim still meh highest 29 kills but i doubt it works against top players
@@skiddy5294 I'm at 1200 as well. Isn't that send so slow? Hard to believe these numbers are real. I'm at .8 in game and that seems almost too slow. Maybe I don't understand flicking
@@H1LTO I guess it is slow, but personally i do not think so. How much space do you have for your mouse? I can rotate more than 180 degress with one swipe left or right, because i have enough room.
and also, the eDPI with .275 sens is 330 eDPI, very close to what is speculated as a pro players eDPI
He sounded super confident at the start of the guide, almost overconfident, and I was beyond skeptical, because I’ve seen many guides and they haven’t done much for me. I was delighted to see that this video was actually super well done, incredibly comprehensive, and gave several methods to go about things without being overwhelming. Probably the best aim guide I’ve seen on CZcams. He accurately described what I didn’t know and even provided an example in case you didn’t fully understand. At the end, even giving a solid routine to follow. Honestly dude, props, I loved this video, thank you. Also, I looked up the most recent pro eDPI and it seems like it’s 280 but the times were different when this video was made, so it makes sense XD. Again, amazing video, pat yourself on the back man
this is the best guide i found for aiming in valorant. thank you ^^
It's pretty nice that Rito gave us such a comprehensive built-in tool to help us practice
love this channel
Thank you so much for putting these together. The production values are incredibly high - keep up the excellent work!
Bro you're insane, love your content keep it up 😍😍🔥
My Edpi is 1,440, holy shit I need to turn my shit down haha ..... update I have changed my dpi and in game settings and I’m now at 600 edpi but I really didn’t have a problem with the high edpi just wanted to change it.
Amazing video, you seriously deserve more views. The algorithm needs to do its thing. Keep it up, you and everyone else involved in these vids are doing great work.
Enjoyed the comprehensive tips on aiming!!!! Time to put some shot training in just like in irl!!! The practice guide was definitely helpful and how to preform each shooting tactic!!!
First training video of any game I actually appreciate. Nicely detailed with good examples. Gg
200-400...Holy Cow. It was huge to tone down my usual (e)dpi form 2500 to 1250 :D And I fell like I already have to do some hefty arm swings :D
It takes awhile to get use too, but you should get use to moving your whole arm :)
Honestly tho there's nothing wrong with high dpi as long as you have already tried low dpi and understand the pros and cons of both, players can get just as good with any dpi so long as its not something ridiculously hard to control
Get a hard surfaced mousemat and it'll naturally bring your DPI down. Also getting a mouse like the Lohitrch wireless G Pro, will also see your DPI drop down naturally.
I got these things and my DPI just dropped from 1200 to now 600. I have also been dropping it down myself so I'd say it brings it down by 200-300
I watched this after losing my first placement against silvers. Won the next 4 in a row against golds plats and diamonds and managed to get Plat 2 x
Love the last part of the vid.. the 30 minute daily practice.. i think this should help up my game.. Thanks!
Everything in here is helpful..love you man
Aiming tips that's useful to me:
1. The crosshair tip
2. The movement tip
3. The mouse settings
4. The head shot level
5. Peeking
I didn't know the ADS feature changed the visual on recoil control! Big help, appreciate it.
Love this guide - you've done well mate, thank you!
Very solid guide, can really see the amount of work was done to produce this. my hat off to you sir
i literally went two entire circles when i did the sensitivity test
Thank you so much for this! The training routine sounds awesome
I think the strafing tip helped me the most because I didnt know how counterstrafing worked
dudes i ve been with your channel (your other skill capped) since the beggining, can you make a cs go skill capped or just an aim for csgo , the movement has always been hard for me
thx
Pretty sure the mechanics are extremely similar aside from the recoil randomness. This guide should help with cs
5:57 His Voice Cracked
Super helpful. Thank you!
this was the video i was looking for thankyou
Disclaimer: long post intended for helping new to pc fps players understand what goes into having good aim from a irl approach(ie hardware and biology) and suggestions for fastest and most consistent results. my edpi alternates between 160 and 169.6 but my aim is almost blasphemously good. I studied jjonak when i first started pc gaming so i copied his exact sensitivity and mouse pad size cuz i was an overwatch player and got to masters(top 1.2-0.2% of players) in 3 months one tricking zenyatta with a dps playstyle(legit only 3-3.5k healing per 10m, which if you know overwatch is borderline not doing your job as a healer). Took around 180 hours, which was a little less than 2h a day of playtime on average. The reason i say this is because i strongly STRONGLY encourage all you new to fps players(since valorant has drawn a bunch of them) to force yourself to gradually lower your sensitivity as much is as humanly possible. It will be uncomforteable using your arm to aim for the first few weeks but the payoff is incredible. Took me like 3 weeks of lowering my sensitivity every day by around 5-10% of the prior day to get it comforteable that low, but by the time i was at the end of the month and starting to build up my muscle memory(about 1 week from getting to that super low sensitivity ive maintained using), i was high plat(plat is top 25-10% of players for reference), by the end of the second month i was mid diamond(top 10-2~% of players) and by that third month(which was christmas for me since i started in the last week of september) i hit masters, which is top like 1.2-0.2% of players. The more volume and variety of muscles being used for an action, the better your muscle memory will be able to develop. This is a well known sports science fact, which is why basketball coaches for example tell you to “shoot with your whole body” instead of just your arms. But remember, if you do this and get into the crazy low edpi’s that i and many of the most fabled and consistent esport pro’s use, the bigger your mousepad will need to be(since you really dont want the length of your pad to be less than 180% as stated in the video, mine is 18.6 inches wide for reference). Also, lighter mouses would help alot with this too for a plethora of technical reasons, but at sensitivities around 200+, as long as your mouse isnt like 130 grams or more its a whole lot less big of a deal compared to when you need to swing your arm a foot and a half across just to look behind you quickly. In fact, if ur sitting around 300-400 edpi and your mouse is less than like 75 grams, youre likely to experience floatiness(the thing people use lower dpi’s like 400-800 to avoid). I myself, with the absurdly low sensitivity, use a 47 gram mouse and it feels like my aim is literally in sync with my arms movement, rather than guiding an object with my arm to control my aim. When i switch to games like destiny 2 or cod or fortnite for example though, i increase my converted edpi to 50% higher and make my scoped sensitivity(adjusted for new field of view) equivalent to my valorant(and overwatch) sensitivity for reference.
Soo I’m used to play in high sens 3.15 in valorant and 500dpi mouse and I have a good aim with that cuz it’s basically my go to sens in all shooter game
When thinking about DPI, remember that windows mouse sensitivity also plays a role in that.
For it to be neutral, put it on 6/11.
Love this and the get more kills guide. Thank you very much for uploading such content, they are thorough, in depth and easy to understand. The 20+ mins video are ok length for the generous amt of content. Subbed and thumbs up!
This video is fantastic, just started playing and I'm learning a lot. Thanks for all the good information!
Me: ignorantly ignored these practices and ended up with shooting their legs
Gonna follow this practice routine for a month, am currently silver-gold level, will update this comment in a month to show if I made progress
@@MrWadeBarrett Nope I still am doing the routine daily, maybe missed a few days but. No progress yet ended the beta on bronze but still 3 weeks of the practice to go before I can be conclusive
Imo before jumping in classic match
Go for spike rush rather than bot shooting practice
Thanks a lot bro, you're the best
I found this guide helpful. Thanks!
Just run in and shoot people it shouldn’t be that hard
My shaky hand, recoil, and the fact that I’m playing music and the game is windowed: *laughs in Sith Lord”
Maybe I'd add the "aiming with sound", if I hear an enemy I always align my crosshair with the sound before breaching
Very nice tips video! Great detail and tons of information. Even getting more detailed than most on some basic movement and aiming tips I thought I already mastered (turns out I can implement a few more things!) gonna go apply them now! I just got my first pc (12 years on Xbox live alone) so I’m excited to improve my mouse aim! Thank you!
This actually works, I went from not understanding how everyone got the first hit and thinking that camping corners was unfair to actually being able to utilise my aim to help the team, and I've been top fragging or 2nd place in my team every game
I just assigned LMB on walk. Everytime I shoot, I automatically walk and get accurate shots.
dude
you're a fucking genius
except what happens if you want to be sneaky but not too slow (crouching)?
@@OddLlamaMan Somewhat. It's still better to jiggle / stand still and get a proper shot off
this is easily one of the best guides out there
thanks a lot for the detail in this guide, also good to have the summary of it at the end :)
5:46 that voice crack tho, ouch
God, thank you! I finally found THE video on aiming!
Thank you! These tips helped me so much and improved me as a player
Should we also uncheck the [Enhance pointer precision] setting in Windows too?
@@vuro8378 search up mouse settings and click "more settings" on the top right (ish) and look through those settings
It doesn't really matter for valorant since it uses raw input regardless of the check mark anyways
"Scientific Studies"
This is the best video i have seen yet on valorant. Keep it up
Great video man, thank you much
"You shouldn't move pass the wall behind you"
I span 2 circles across the wall
My reaction time is low. I absolutely cannot nail any in hard. You react when the bot was *just* about to spawn. I react only *after* they spawn. That split second reaction is a huge difference. That's why I suck at mobile characters like shade, who's usually at the forefrunt or Jett. Sage ftw lol
I'm always on sage for the same reason lmao. still can help my team even with not as many kills
But over time and playing the game your reaction time will get much better
Man, great channel! Just what i was looking for.
very helpful omg. imma practice more. thanksss
