I wish I had made them a bit smaller for the Christmas season because people usually eat more than one variety at a time during the holidays. But they are the perfect size for other times. My favorite ice cream is chocolate mint (w/dark choc bits) and this recipe reminded me of that so I'm making them and hoping I don't like them too much - I don't have any restraint when eating my favorites!

My daughter has an egg allergy. Could you use a egg substitute (I think it's dry) Instead of the regular egg ?
