    About Dr.V Mohan
    Dr. V. Mohan is an internationally acclaimed Diabetologist with vast experience of over 40 years. He is the founder of the 'Dr. Mohan's Diabetes Specialities Centre' chain that boasts of over 50 diabetes clinics across India. He is also the President and Director at Madras Diabetes Research Foundation (MRDF).
    After his postgraduate medical education from Madras Medical College, Chennai, Dr.Mohan practiced his research work abroad and has published over 1,460 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
    Dr. V. Mohan has received over 180 awards, including Padma Shri, the B. C. Roy National Award by the Medical Council of India, and the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Centenary Award. As an added feather to his crown, he also holds the prestige of being the first Indian to receive the Harold Rifkin Award for Distinguished International Service in the Cause of Diabetes.

    Yeah😊 small frequent feeds instead of heavy & large meals, distribution of 3large meals into 6 small meals helps from hypoglycemia & hyperglycemia, it's quite simple to follow for effective diabetes control.

    Thanks a lot Dr. I was searching for this particular question. Followed intermittent fasting and felt sympathy for myself. The sugar levels didn't come down.

    Thank you for this great information. one question of division of meal. v divide breakfast in 2 parts, use same principle for dinner have one chapati at 730 n another half at 930. By doing this morning sugar could be better with in 90. As i am not in favour of night milk can one look at this

    Thank you doctor for your valuable information. Past 1month I am having my dinner at 7 clock in the evening is this good or bad. I am type 2 diabetic and i am also on Insulin 2 times. My Pp level is 250
    Due to wt gain i started like this

      It is good to have early dinner. Try to have a cup of low fat milk before bedtime to prevent hypos at midnight

    Sir is it ok if we have the soaked dry fruits in the night and a cut of apple and one small yelaki banana as our breakfast pls let me know sir.

      Try to add nuts, seeds along with this. One wheat bread or roti is fine as well

    Good morning sir
    My name milesh from Rajahmundry
    I am vegetarian
    My diet plan I want to share with u sir
    7 am I drink 1 cup tea
    8 am breakfast
    12.30 pm lunch - 3 or 2 roti small size & brown rice 1 cup small & curry
    5.30 roti or rice any 1 item WT curry or sambar
    Night 9 I have habit to eat mirchi bajji
    Is this deit is good for me otherwise I have to change pls tell me sir
