Water in your body needs to be maintained properly, because water is very essential for healthy living. Some people sweat more than others, so they need to take more water. Normally we should drink atleast 1litre of water every day. In summer, we need to drink even more water, to compensate for the loss on storage!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍.

Once upon a time I struggled with the idea of drinking water, but it was a habit I fiercely wanted to inculcate. Then when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism the doc recommended that I take the medicine in the morning and I thought that would be a great beginning. Started with around 500ml of water on empty stomach and gradually increased it to 1litre. However that wasn't sufficient. Had the issue of bloating whenever I was hungry and sometimes even otherwise. So my inner voice asked me to drink water after every meal. Today I have no bloating, the skin has become so healthy and despite being hypothyroid I lose weight, yes with exercise and moderate amounts of food. Loved sweets but cut my sugar intake by 90 percent. However occasionally satisfies my cravings. As you rightly said, everything in moderation. Thank you 👍

we need to consider the glycemic load
Glycemic index is alone is not a indicator it's just a range system only the glycemic load only tells how much actually carbs we eat will raise how much of Blood sugar levels

It is very much common for me of drinking this amount of Water. If I don't drink this amount of water i feel very uneasy and feel bad. I drink 2 lts after eating. Is it ok?
