Andy Dwyer is unironically such a role model. "The show must go wrong" is legitimately great advice. His whole speech to April about how they have to be adults but they can still have fun? Iconic
One of the funniest things I’ve literally ever seen on TV was when he wears his wife’s face as a mask and says “I’m April Ludgate-Dwyer and my specialty is fireworks” and then chants “UAS!USA! USA!” ... while nearly blowing up the nerdy accountant guy’s car. His energy and the way he delivers that line was so funny I don’t think I’ve ever laughed that hard at a show, my bf still says my “name is Lauren and my specialty is fireworks!!!” Any time I do anything he laughs at and he wants to make me laugh, because he watched me nearly choke to death laughing at that

Chris Pratt, king of playing it large, can be a profoundly subtle actor. He had moments like this in Everwood. Amazing!
This is pure comedic genius - both the acting and the writing. I can literally watch this over and over again and never get tired of it. When I need a pick-me-up, Andy Dwyerisms never fail: "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. I read that on a can of lemonade once. I'd like to think that applies to life."
