Thank you so much. I thought my phone was broken, but it was actually that auto optimization button was turned on.
Burying my phone in raw rice overnight fixed my issue. I am glad you mentioned "if it got wet". I did not actually get my phone wet, but I am guessing just moisture from humidity (I live in warm climate) may have caused the issues. Raw rice saved my kids' phones repeatedly over the years, and apparently, it still works when it comes to a dampness issue. I would recommend trying the rice trick before bringing for repairs.
This is a good tip, just be carful because you could easily get rice stuck in your charging port! It broke my phone.

My phone's camera would turn off all by itself right as I'm pushing the button to take the photo. It was very frustrating. I watched your video and it helped me fix the problem with my camera. I noticed an update to the camera. I uninstalled the update and took my camera back to original settings from when I first purchased the phone...then updated it again to bring it current...my camera doesn't shut off anymore, I'm so happy. 😊 Sometimes, or most times these updates throw our phones off and cause it to malfunction. Thank you for posting this video as I was heading to have my phone looked at for servicing.

Right! I need to know. My s10plus have shut off 3x for days. The first time was for almost a month and just came on like nothing happened.
I wonder is there some kind of motion sensor in the phone that can be reprogrammed or maybe a factory reboot would help..

I have a Blue View 1 phone(actually 4 of them) and I keep them plugged in 24 hours a day to run my phone farm. About every 3rd day my phone will be shut off when I wake up. I think I see the problem, but don't know how to fix it. I believe when my phones are at 100% for a while(a day or 2) they stop charging and then my phone will eventually die since it isn't charging and once battery life gets to zero then it shuts off and then restarts charging. How do I stop my phones from doing this?

How about when I open settings or other apps it will automatically freezes then that's the time where my phone will shutdown. It also shutdown by itself without touching it. Is the 2nd factor still effective? Or what should I do?

My phone had somehow jumped down to zero.. dumping charge really fast or bad connection on battery maybe I'm getting warm.. I'm at 1% at this moment power it shouldn't have gone down that fast I believe I looked at it I was looking at my tablet and not really using my phone except your test it
2% power it just rebooted again it was before I dropped it having insufficient power indicator even though I was using the factory wall charger changing cords seems to help to eliminate that message of insufficient charging chords lasting about a week though it seems before indicating again insufficient charging

2 things happened to my cell phone out of no where.
My (down) volume didn't work.and now it works. It fixed by itself...
Now the other problem is that my cell doesn't turn off when I press the button. Doesn't work. But if I don't use it for 10 sec my cell turns off and the only way it turns on is that if someone calls me or texts me on my cell phone messages or I put the cable quick in and out in the earphone hole. Can you help me with my phone problem. Its was fine before i dropped it on the highway after i forgot to lock it in the phone holder.
So the issue is like this, when ever i played a really lound music or its just my phone ringing it will restart automaticly.. but if i had my charger connected to my phone the problems gone.. function like it supposed to be.
