What is WISH? LAES vs. CS?

Hi everyone! I filmed this video in June and never got around to uploading. Just to clarify, Danica was president of WISH during the 2018-2019 school year. Some of the audio/background noise isn't great but I wanted to post the information that Danica shares with me. Thanks for your understanding!
