ČOKOLADNI SAN - Ferrero Rocher Čokoladna torta od Palačinki

    ✨Fererro palačinka torta 🍫🌰
    Uvijek naletim na neku palačinka tortu, ali nikada nisam probala - do sada! 😃
    Mogu reći da me je ugodno iznenadila i da mi se baš svidjela. Sigurno ću probati još neke vrste napraviti
    Jednostavna je priprema, najteži dio je ispeći palačinke i ne pojesti ih 🤣
    Ako se odlučite na ovu torticu, onda definitvno preporučam da je ovako prelijete sa sirupom od datulja, vjerujte mi 😍
    Sirup od datulja volim koristiti jer je odlična zamjena šećeru, ne podiže naglo šećer u krvi i sadrži vlakna i minerale. Imate ga za uzeti u @dm i @tvornicazdravehrane

    RECEPT
    •Smjesa za palačinke•
    2 jaja
    50-70ml biljnog mlijeka
    110 ml vode
    170gr integralnog pirovog brašna
    Žlica kakao praha
    Sol
    + cca 3 čaše vode
    Povežite sve sastojke za smjesu. Dobro zagrijte tavu i dodajte malo ulja po izboru. Ispecite palačinke. Meni je ispalo 10.
    •Krema•
    150gr lješnjaka
    Cijela Konzerva kokos mlijeka
    100gr tamne čokolade (70%) (otopiti)
    70gr sirupa od datulja ili meda
    Tostirajte lješnjake nekoliko minuta na vrućoj tavi. Zatim ih ostavite da se malo ohlade. Oljuštite ih koliko je moguće, zatim ih dodjate u sjeckalicu i usitnite do teksture brašna. Dodjate preostale sastojke i sve dobro povežite.
    U kalup 18cm promjera stavite jednu palačinku. Premažite ju s 2-3 žlice kreme i prekrijte s drugom palačinkom koju ćete isto premazati i tako u krug dok ne iskoristite sve palačinke i kremu. Stavite hladiti kolač.
    •Čokoladna glazura•
    150gr kokos kreme
    70gr tamne čokolade
    Sjeckani lješnjaci
    Ugrijte kokos kremu dok se ne otopi i postane vruća. Dodjate u nju čokoladu i promješajte da se rastopi. Dobivenu čokoladnu glazuru prelijte preko kolača. Zatim posujte sa sjeckanim lješnjacima. Ostavite kolač da se ohladi preko noći. Zatom poslužite, prelijte s sirupom od datulja, i uživajte! 😍

    I can say that she pleasantly surprised me and that I really liked her. I will definitely try to make some other types
    It's easy to prepare, the hardest part is baking the pancakes and not eating them 🤣
    If you decide on this cake, then I definitely recommend that you pour it like this with date syrup, trust me 😍
    I like to use date syrup because it is a great substitute for sugar, it does not raise blood sugar suddenly and it contains fiber and minerals. You can pick it up at @dm and @tvornicazdravehrane

    RECIPE
    •Pancake mixture•
    2 eggs
    50-70ml of vegetable milk
    110 ml of water
    170 grams of whole spelled flour
    A spoonful of cocoa powder
    Salt
    + approx. 3 glasses of water
    Combine all the ingredients for the mixture. Heat the pan well and add a little oil of your choice. Bake pancakes. I got 10.
    •Cream•
    150 grams of hazelnuts
    Whole can of coconut milk
    100g of dark chocolate (70%) (melt)
    70 grams of date syrup or honey
    Toast the hazelnuts for a few minutes on a hot pan. Then let them cool down a bit. Peel them as much as possible, then add them to the chopper and grind them to the texture of flour. Add the remaining ingredients and combine everything well.
    Place one pancake in an 18 cm diameter mold. Spread it with 2-3 tablespoons of cream and cover it with another pancake, which you will spread in the same way, and so on in a circle until you have used all the pancakes and cream. Put the cake to cool.
    •Chocolate glaze•
    150 grams of coconut cream
    70 grams of dark chocolate
    Chopped hazelnuts
    Heat the coconut cream until it melts and becomes hot. Add chocolate to it and stir until it melts. Pour the resulting chocolate glaze over the cake. Then sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Leave the cake to cool overnight. So serve, cover with date syrup, and enjoy! 😍
