Hi, There is two way. 1. Bus 2. Metro or Tram. When you take exit from Airport, you will find Metro on the ground. You can ask anyone. You have to change metro at Alameda point. And by this way you can easily go to the city center in cheap way.
Lisbon is safe for females. No problem at all. It’s a touristic country. So Portugal always concern about travellers. Don’t need to change. You will see the crowds until late night almost everywhere. Just avoid the guy if anyone try to help you out from himself.
Hi, Metro close at 1 am and opens at 6:30 am. You can go to the nearest metro station of Alfama ( Intendente or Martim Moniz) then take tram 🚃 to go there. Also with public bus. I hope you got your answer.
