i missed seeing steph on gtlive and i occasionally go back to the old ones to see her again but i didnt realize just how much she had to do. Taking care of a kid, doing all the stuff mat does and more and meeting with merch companies, lawyers, etc,etc. i understand now why she had to leave, but we will always miss her.

Found food theory a few months ago and I LOVE this channel series! LOVED this video, thank you! It helped me tackle a stack of dishes I’ve been too depressed to wash for a few days and I learned a ton of things I’ve always wondered about when enjoying allllll the theory channels and videos. Even teared up a little in the end, so cool! Thanks for what everyone does to produce these episodes, they’re really fun and comforting - and interesting!

I’ve waivered in and out of watching Mats videos but these four channels have been my favourite since I found them like six or seven years ago.
