Hi .. my airspeed on my dyson am04 hot /cool does not increase in hot mode ( it stays at level one airspeed flow output , even if digital display says 1 , 10 , 5 etc 😏… but in cool mode everything works fine and airspeed increases or decreases in sync with remote or digital display .. any thoughts on what may be the issue .. i have cleaned all the base unit , but as yet not the loop assembly top part .. thank you .. I’d be very grateful for you’re thoughts on this 👍.. it’s real frustrating as have two that now have this issue .. so was wondering if it’s more probable a maintenance cleaning issue build up of dust etc or an electronic issue 🤷…. Hi Dean, Tricky one, there is a lot of dust build up in the Loop itself and this is where the Thermostat is situated, so possible dust obstruction causing an issue. Had to scram my AM05 as a replacement PCB was pretty much impossible to obtain. Regards 😎.
Heat mode is dependent on the temperature of the room. If the temperature you set is below the room temperature, the heater won’t turn on. Keep setting the temperature higher (up to 99°F) and see if it starts heating.
