Just picked up Grade A Factory Return Leap V2 from you guys in the same fabric/color, very excited to receive it!!! How would you recommend cleaning this fabric if it gets stained?
Cogent:Connect has a cleaning code of WS, which means it is safe for both water-based and solvent-based fabric cleaners. There's a lot of products on the market, but we typically recommend starting with just water or water with a few drops of liquid dish detergent and scrubbing lightly with a soft bristled brush, taking care not to completely soak the area. Then make sure to rinse a few times using the same procedure with pure water, then allowing the fabric to air dry. Hope this helps! :)
Thank you so much for this. Do you have any experience with the Medley series of fabrics? What's available to me where I am is only Medley and Cogent Connect. Do you know anything about the Medley line and how it compares? Thank you
Thanks for the question - we have not seen any chairs with Medley fabric come through yet, so it's not one that we have a ton of experience with yet - that said, if we start seeing it come in through the Steelcase Authorized Factory Returns, and get to actually see it in person, we will absolutely be happy to do a comparison!
@@CrandallOfficeFurniture Thank you very much. The dark or lightness of Royal Blue seems to be all over the place in different pictures. Can't tell if it's a bright or dark blue. Seems to be brighter in this video (although I assume there it lots of lighting there).
@@EricMBlog It's definitely a brighter blue - the pictures on the the link I sent should be pretty accurate - they were shot using a high end camera and edited using a color correct monitor (though they will only be as accurate as the monitor you are viewing them on).
