I believe you have to start from the inside out; a healthy (plant-based) diet is key. Next, find a gentle cleanser suitable for your skin type. I use Image Max Stem Cell, then exfoliate at least a few days a wk. Dermalogica daily microfoliant is a top pick. Last, use a hydrating face mask a few times per wk. 1 of my favs is Image Vital C hydrating enzyme masque. Consistency is key. Thanx 4 asking😇.

One thing I must say here, my skin is one of the very sensitive skin having acne, acne scars etc. But when I follow this like drink 3 bottles of water, stop taking sugar and doing workout and yes stop using products on my face. My skin glows and when I don't do these then yes it again start showing acne and all.

I almost drink 4 to 5 liters of water a day.
In beginning when i used to drink 2 to 3 ltrs it was the same for me. Pee all the day.
    Now it's a lot better.
And about my skin, trust me its way lot better. Thank god now there are no pimples nor the dark marks.
    Go for it. It results

I drink spring water that I have to buy now. I know I could use a filter on my tap water, but I hate the chlorine in it, and it seems to upset my tummy if I drink any. It is also lovely, if kept in the fridge. I used to have my own water, from a bore hole, but do not have that in my home now. Thank you for this very clear video, so lovely to hear your soft voice too. xxx

Try repeating when you wake up the feelings you want in your house and room and mind today - every time feel that positive feeling give yourself a point -
Count them at end of day and know you have given your body, heart and mind good ingredients to heal and grow and recover that many times that day
When you feel a sad feeling acknowledge it, forgive yourself, tell your body you're sorry for the sad juice but you promise to give it nutrients and juices from your smile very soon.
I am sorry for your sadness . I know you can be well and happy again. Do take care of yourself with fresh air and kindness for others in very tiny doses - bless you, dear precious one - wishing you wellness and all the happiness to come 💖✨
