I'm bored so maybe I can be of some assistance to viewers..
    News lady:
"Three months ago these children lost almost everything. The city they live in got hit by a big tsunami, houses were destroyed and a thousand people lost their lives, but today the children were smiling again because they had prominent visitors and received a lot of gifts from Denmark"
    Crown Prince Frederik:
"Of course there's grief, that isn't going to disappear right away, but children seem to endure and get over much more than adults do, because they have a whole different view of what's going on."
    News guy:
"Even though it's been three months since the tsunami destroyed the area, the damage is still obvious everywhere."
"This family miraculously survived being taken by the tsunami and ended up 3 km from what used to be their home."
    Crown Prince Frederik:
"You get a chance to reflect on those of us who have a good life and sleep safely at night... We need to remember that some people in the world can get hit by disasters much more suddenly than us."
(It seems like they cut out a lot of what he said. He's basically comparing the area to Denmark. We don't have earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, monsoon etc. here. He's reminding the Danes that we need to remember that we're lucky and that not everyone in the world is as safe from disasters as we are.)
    News guy:
"Danish companies have donated millions of 'kroner' (Our currency. Translated it means 'crowns'.) and here everyone knows who the guest of the day is."
Blond News Guy: (No clue if it's the same guy as before.)
"The crown prince's visit to Higashi-Matsushima is primarily about supporting the children, and right now the crown prince is eating lunch with some of the children who were affected by the tsunami."
    News Guy:
"The emotional scars of the children will take a long time to heal, but today the children are smiling, and the 20 children who lost their parents will be invited to Fredensborg next summer, and who knows.. Maybe some of them will be living in a castle/palace." (Fredensborg is a small city in Denmark, where the royal family has a castle.)
    News Guy talking to Frederik:
"Are you going to have some these children living in Fredensborg? (The castle. Not the city.)
    Crown Prince Frederik:
If we're staying there during their visit, I'll consider it, because I think it's very positive and uplifting, and it wouldn't bother us to have a 5th child in the family for a short while."
(They have several castles around the country that they stay in at different times of the year.)
    News Lady:
"What's one more child? - as they say.."

I came from Japanese blog talking about the emperor’s younger brother trying to take over the line etc., I was rather more curious about what he said about nuclear weapons but thank you for the translation !
