With HRH Crown Princess Mary the number of people that can hold the position, are 5. HRH Queen Margrethe, HRH Crown Prince Frederik. HRH Prince Joakim, HRH Princess Benedicte that are the queen´s sister and now HRH Crown princess Mary. If I were Tasmanian/Australian I would allow myself to feel just a little pride. We Danes have a over1200 year old Monarchy and we are pretty strong in protecting our documented history. Her signature on official documents will be able to be watched in a 1000 year (if we can survive ourselves that long). It will take many many years before the next will be given that title and position. Then it will be their firstborn, the future King of Denmark, Christian, that will be appointed.
