- In our interviews, Mauro Forghieri talks about his unrepeatable life and career: his family and his studies, Ferrari, races, drivers, victories. The man we met reflects the definition that his friend, Gian Paolo Dallara, gave of him “Mauro… he was an old orchestra director, capable of creating an engine from the start to the end, as well as taking care of the whole car at the same time; whereas now, we only have soloists, who may be excellent, but who need to learn to integrate with others”. Let’s start with the family. Mauro Forghieri, what would you have liked to do as an adult?

Uomo incredibile. Lo ascolterei per ore
Solo le vite uniche producono uomini unici.
Questo signore era un fenomeno.
Grazie ancora.
Forghieri and Ferrari 312 T: two legends of Formula 1 🏎

You're forcing me to learn Italian with the selective dubbing to english... I am 58...not sure I have enough time left 🙄
Come on, nowadays at the age of 58, we are still young!😎 What's the problem with our English subtitles?
@@internationalclassic5426 hehehe... Thank you for "massaging" my late mid-life-crisis sensitivity. Nothing wrong with your sub-titles, I like it so much I like to see more of it all over... 😁
I have the same problem with young Cironi's truncated interviews with Torino & Modena's greats, where the english sub-titles appear and disappear at random... No clue how the technology works (ie are these auto-generated by CZcams or outsourced by content proprietor to 3rd party translators or what). But it would be very valuable to have these interviews with the key players of that unique period in design history documented (and sub-titled to english 😌) before they all expire... I am thinking of giants like Giotto Bizzarini and Pierro Rivolta and others of that era who won't be around for long to tell their stories or to fill in the gaps in the stories of others who passed long before them 😔
We don't know about the problem with the sub-titles, but if your language is set up to English UK, you wouldn’t have any problem because we personally add the English subtitles in order to make our videos usable to as many people as possible.
We agree with you. Our mission is hearing the voice of men utterly dedicated to their work who have given and are still giving their contribution so that masterpieces are immortalised. A heritage of emotions documented throughout every phase of the process.
Keep following us and let us know what you think about our work😉
Have a nice day!😁
@@internationalclassic5426 well thank you for your work. Suggest you try to access Bizzarini or Rivolta for insight on that era (not just Ferrari and Chitti and Jano and Gandini but also on not as well known geople like Virgilio Conrero and Angellini andBob Wallace and Dallara... Etc...
Per fortuna che non sia andato in America ! Enzo Ferrari non se lo fece scappare, grande lupo ...
