I have a theory as to why, but it involves the aggressive man being anti-Semitic, The man trying to avoid the handshake appears to be wearing a Jewish Kippah indicating he is Jewish, you see, some Jews are not supposed to shake hands with certain people (this also includes other jewish individuals) as it goes against a specific rule of their religion, I'm not an expert on it as a Jewish acquaintance of mine only explained it a little to me when we first met, so I recommend that other's look into it if they wish to understand more.

My uncle grunts when he walks and has somewhat of RBF. I've been teased and asked many times "hey, where's your grumpy friend?" And I knew exactly what they meant. One day, my uncle returned a printer to Walmart. I cant remember why, maybe it stopped working. Anyways. A lot of printers don't come with the USB cable. When he returned the printer, he included the cable with it and didnt realize it until later. He went back to get his cable, and, security was called on him as he was approaching. Obviously because all they see is a bulky man grunting and waddling with a mean look. Poor guy. He cant be helped.
