    If anyone doesn't know what "stemming gravel" is then it's used to fill the drill hole on top of the explosive to confine the energy to inside the drill hole to make the bang more effective at breaking up the rock. i.e. so you don't lose all that explosive energy out through the drill hole.

    Andrew's next video: "Buying a track drill and blasting more rock". Andrew, I think you're enjoying the blasting as much as I did when I ran a drilling team for a few years in my younger days. I appreciate the drive and energy you have to use what the land gave you instead of just buying thousands of tons of gravel for probably the same cost as blasting, excavating, crushing and spreading the rock you already have!

      @RPHelpingHand Před rokem

      Really? I have zero experience with something like this but that blows my mind that buying precrushed and having it trucked in would cost the same as what he’s doing… that’d be so many truck loads and how far away the quarry…

    Thank you for your videos. I recently had a fall and had to stay out of the shop and recuperate, so I watched EVERY one of you videos (some twice!) to bide away the time. Should be back in the shop in two weeks, a 15 " band saw needs my attention (electrical issue prob magnetic motor switch.)

      Yeah, it's the most annoying thing about content creators, especially those whose entire product is based upon what their audience hears - podcasts, independent media, voice overs, etc - but the thing most of them never consider is the constant audio fluctuation their audience has to deal with throughout their videos. Either they don't know any better, or they just don't give a shit.

    Thanks for compiling these videos into a single episode. Assuming that there is more rock for future projects at this location will you be leaving this site to resume natural regrowth or do you plan to add a mobile equipment depot for this peak. Amazing drone video in this presentation: you have a terrific eye and great skills from capturing, processing and production. Wishing you and your furry kids a blessed week filled with gentle seasonally appropriate weather and restful evenings. Peace brother.

    Great music selection on the past few videos. It sets us viewers up for the epicness that we are about to witness. Especially the intros, it is fitting for these monumental projects. Watching the explosion from multiple angles was really cool, and seeing all the prep work that goes along with it. Thank you for sharing these epic moments and setting the cameras in a way that shows multiple angles. @AndrewCamarata Did any debris or rocks from the explosion hit your trailer or sea cans?
