Hey man I've always kept my training super simple, Lower volume all straight sets. But I've been using Seth sets on some of my exercises on the last set and I've gotten the most painful pumps of my life as well as some of the hardest reps I've ever squeezed out. Thank you man

Good to see you back on the grind big man. Your videos have been quite the motivation and inspiration for me to get to where I am right now. I’m 47 years old and since March of this year I went from 215 down to 173 this morning, Fat to Fit. I work out about four days a week and pretty much have your videos playing in the background as I’m crushing it either in my home gym or at Golds.
My goal fat percentage is around 12 to 15 but I’m at a point where I’m struggling a little bit. I’m currently sitting about 19 or 20%.Shit man I haven’t seen my abs since I was 20.
Obviously watching your video I’m not gonna ingest that many calories, Do you think you may make a video Focussed on natural bodybuilders and macros to go along with it? I just noticed that in your videos your intensity and diet seems to be geared towards guys with your mass. I guess what I’m saying is maybe Once in a while throwing something in your videos that maybe say that perhaps if you’re a natural builder and not as big maybe you should work out to this much intensity and or eat this much, If that makes any sense.
Anyways bro keep up the good work , let’s build up God, family and physique. Cheers
You can work out with almost as much intensity as with enhancements. Don't let yourself down. Steroids simply make it quicker and easier to gain muscle mass but you need to understand that you cannot create actual new muscle cells. Your muscle cells are pre determined before birth. You have the capability as natural. You're going to have to put in more effort, sure. It's all about your diet really. If you're working out that much, maybe add in just a little bit more cardio? Try things in small doses. You can't expect instant results. It takes time whether you're natural or not. My personal best as natural was 232lb at 5'10" at roughly 8% body fat but that was at least 8 years+ of constantly working out and perfecting my diet. It's like having a second 40 hour work week job. There is only so long that you can sustain that lifestyle. Diet is 90% of the overall results, keep that in mind. Diet and sleep.
@FR Yeah, that was my all time best in my prime. I was 32 at the time. The consistency wouldn't stop, not even for more than a day. That's how I got to that point. You sacrifice a lot though if you want to look like that. Mr Olympia's at my height had much more weight than I did and even lower body fat % so...

That's funny. I have a similar shake. Silk almond milk, protein powder (currently fav is your banana flavor with my shake).
Ice cubes, less for thicker shake.
Straight cut oats 1-2cups, banana, or strawberries/blueberries. Simple easy to make and lots of good calories and protein.
Here’s a 2,100 calorie shake I’m currently nursing:
2,100 calorie shake. .
5 whole eggs
30p, 0c, 25f
1 cup whole milk:
8p, 11c, 8f
1 banana:
1p, 25c, 0f
2 scoops protein powder:
60p, 20c, 10f
3 tblsp peanut butter:
21p, 12c, 24f
6 tbsp oil:
84f
Protein: 120g, 480 calories
Carbs: 68g, 272 calories
Fats: 151g, 1,359 calories
2,111 calories
