Medchal highway or within town - Yes, as you said it was 20k per yard 2yrs ago.. now it is around 40k.
Medchal to Shameerpet - As of now there is no improvement. It used be 14k 2yrs ago, now it is around 16k per yard. Not a great improvement. May be it takes little time. People who have less budget can invest in this route right now to get returns in 3-4 yrs.
