it would be helpful if u include some info about DTCP approval and HMDA approval and difference between them. some days back i saw one layout near manasanapalli which is a DTCP layout which was approved longback. but they are not able to sell all the plots. Now they are selling those remaining plots. they have quoted around 7K per sq yard. whereas in new layout just opposite to this layout, they are quoting 10k+ per sq yard. all that area comes under HMDA limits. but some years back when there is no HMDA, those old layouts got DTCP approvals. Now the question is how it will impact for investors if they buy DTCP layout plot??

Sir I am seeing mansanpally from last 8yrs, there is no development in these areas it’s all artificial hype rates, appreciation will come only if some big projects are established, reality there is no development, for seller always less price is given, buyer is told high rates. Except roads it’s all open areas
In near future there is a chance in Mansanpally area so much development is going to come. Still rates are low in that area comparing to other areas near to ORR.
