    This game got a lot of hate from players all over. People expectations are way too high. The wonders of this map, and many other AC games is just breathtaking if you allow yourself to be amazed be the sheer magnitude of it. So much to do, so much to discover. AC used to be linear and predictable but with this new format introduced with Origins it has become a true RPG with some campaign/story attached to it. Worlds associated with the gods like the Olympus or Asgard are simply amazing.

    Awesome video Quest Mode!! I have a couple of questions for you:
    1) When you were on the mushrooms and had to pick the correct series of doors to get the XP, was it kind of a puzzle or was it just guessing?
    2) How does the combat feel? Is it best to wait, parry, and then attack? By the way, I'm glad you found a weapon this time, as opposed to your previous demo, haha.
    3) Not a question, just a comment. I'm glad to hear that this game rewards you for exploring around an area. That was one of the few criticisms I had of Ghost of Tsushima's open world. I would take the time to go through several houses, buildings, etc, but would only occasionally get generic supplies, which I already had a ton of.

    Not exactly a complaint but a lot of games have been having "legendary animals" to hunt and killing them rarely rewards anything of value. I would love for a game to give you the option to capture them like Pokemon rather and you could see them wandering around your settlements. Especially in RDR2, they were so pretty.

  • @charlespacker8356
    @charlespacker8356 Před 3 lety

    Killing the elk is super easy, I was around level 8. When you are asked to go on your first raid, go to the boat but dont get in, walk to the elk and you will find that the templar and the king's son will follow you, presumably as it's in the general direction that you need to go. They then fight the elk on your behalf and kill it. Presumably, they cannot be killed at that point as they are needed for the rest of the story. Unfortunatly they wouldnt follow me all the way to the guy in the cave.
