How was your disney trip bozo? This game is an unpolished piece of trash, the stealth is the actual worst fucking stealth ive ever seen, and ive seen lord of the rings Gollum. The speeder looks dope, until you have any kind of collision and it looks like a n64 game level of collision detection, also can we talk about the fucking atrocious enemy AI, horrifying looking protagonist, cant unlock new weapons or even carry the fun ones around very long, and the number one fucking stinky maggot garbage juice about the game, punching fucking storm troopers with a 110lbs girl boss to death 🙄 fucking lazy, stupid combat, uninspired, beautiful worlds with zero soul, almost zero physics in the game to speak of. This game is a 4.5/10 at best.

Essential tip: Don't buy this mid piece of shit, wait for a sale

I'm trying to scan parked civilian vehicles, but nothing happens. The whole scan animation doesn't pop up. It just stays in camera mode. Is there anything I've to unlock to be able to do that?

Just know that there is a difference in the term "noob" and "newbie"... "noob" is a snobby and rude new player that is demanding and 'needy' all the time and refuses to do ANYTHING to help themselves learn the game more thoroughly. A "newbie" is someone new to the game but is willing to put in the effort to make themselves more knowledgeable about the game... so before I'd call YOU a "noob" I think your more of a "newbie" instead because you actually took time to learn the game.

started on switch and have 200 hours, bought on PS5 finished the story in 24 hours game time with one set of armor lol. same with world started on ps4 then got on PC and finished in 24 hours of game time and finished the story.

Can't help myself but comment again cause I love this game so much, but I would also point out that there are actually a lot of non-lethal options for combat! Still its true what you say, you probably can't do a totally non-stealth low-chaos playthrough, but you certainly can do a hybrid. I often get caught and if I'm up against 1-2 enemies, I can take them down in combat non-lethally no problem. You can do this by knocking an enemy out with sleep darts, stunning them with a parry or attack and then choke them out, throw/knock them down and do a quick kick-knockout, and more.

About how Karnaca has ended up in the terrible state it's in: I do believe you have missed some things (which is inevitable, you'd have to play the game like 10 times to catch and remember everything in it). In my playthrough the dialogue made the 2 reasons fairly clear: 1. The Duke of Serkonos. Emily was empress, but each isle runs itself mostly autonomously. The current Duke, unlike his father, he doesn't care about the people and his corruption, mismanagement, and need to fund his war effort by squeezing his people for everything they have has lead to the current state. 2. Emily was actually not a good empress, in my playthrough the dialogue makes this clear, and it's something she has a lot of regret about. Not because she was corrupt, just because she was young and disinterested in politics. Corvo may be an honorable man (subjective, depends how you played him in the first one), but that does not make him a good administrator or politician.

I’ve given up on trying to be stealthy. It hardly ever goes smoothly and can be too stressful. Imagine having to carry every body you kill to hide😅

Great review.. This game is timeless.. Im replaying it now after finishing D1 in 2024 and... its amazing, but one thing i disagree with you on... Yes, its essential to play Dishonored before D2.. It enhances your playthrough in every way . Understanding the world, the history, the lore, the characters and why everything is the way it is in Dunwall and Carrnaka and the outsider.. D2 is the second of two part story.. Not just another game in the series.. So play D1 first.. read every book and explore every level.. then youll understand D2.. Keep up the good work man 👍

This was by far the least in depth guide ive ever seen. So, for those that havent gotten it already and tested it out, heres a quick in depth actual guide to it. 1. Take the time to practice your frontflips, spins, and mctwists, the score multiplier is greatly enhanced with the skateboards. 2. L1/LB switches stances, but it does not change the tricks you do, so stance specific tricks are out of the question 3. The only real difference between street and ramp is the tricks, ramp has more grab tricks while street has more flip tricks 4. if you are coming up to the lip of a ramp slow enough, you can hold forward on the left stick and L2/LT to do a nose stall,then just let go of the left stick to go back down the ramp, or flick the right stick down to ollie out. you can also do a board stall by leaning and half way doing a transfer but this is way harder, the timing of the ollie and lean have to be perfect. 5. If youre going to try the skateboard, i HIGHLY recommend using trickster mode for the controls, with flip/spin assist turned off, it will make doing tricks, and making tricks flow together, a billion times easier

You can use the sorcerer's sword and briton shield and when you Parry, it deals damage to a lot of people, my circle and heals you

Hold breath is an extremely meaningless feature if you are not on Gorilla Mode because all other nodes allow you to go into settings and turn weapon sway off thus making so you never have to hold breath at all.

I restarted a gameplay to test this. Gear and weapons "unlock due to your current level. At which they can be obtained thru caches. Locate by hostage and bribe. If you obtain guns by buying or have a level cap in play. Fnd caches give you extra gunpowder instead. I'm trying to see if the plane supply drops are random or once per day Spawn near lookouts or restricted zones. Any tips?
