The sea turtles look like they're crawling out of their nest in the sand and finding their way back to the sea, I love it!
I love this soap so much! We live in Corpus Christi where they do sea turtle releases and my mother was always completely in love with them. She passed away 8 years ago before my wedding so we booked at the Texas state aquarium and were married next to the sea turtle exhibit ♥️ Also you couldn't have picked a better month. We just had our first release of the year yesterday 🐢

To the people who haven’t got to experience it, I really hope you do! It usually happens on the beach late at night or early morning with zero light pollution! For me it was life changing, but maybe that’s just me being the water sign I am haha.

Crush the sea turtle (and his son squirt) were always my favorite characters, partly because I love sea turtles and turtles in general and also because of how cool the scene where we meet Crush is, seeing the whole school of turtles behind him etc. and my god the quotes from Crush...underrated character of all time "uh man no hurlin on the shell dude... just waxed it."
When our son was little, my husband and he would reenact the Crush and Squirt scene, ‘Give me some fin! Noggin! Duuuude!,’ complete with a fist and forehead bump! 😍It’s one of my favorite memories (he’s 18 now).

I was snorkelling in the great barrier reef and a seaturtle swam right under me touching my hands and flippers. We followed her for ages she was so beautiful and calm.

This soap is so lovely! My dad passed his love of the ocean down to me and I have always been obsessed with it. He's been gone two years now so seeing this video today made me very happy.
My favorite character from Frinding Nemo is a tie between Crush or Squirt. They're chill and adrenaline junkies. No judgement, just riding around. Love them.

I absolutely love this soap and I love that you're helping the turtles! My favorite character from Finding Nemo is probably the the puffer fish in the fish tank because I love the way he says "shark bait hoo ha ha" and how he inflates when he gets too emotional.
Okay so unorthodox option for favorite character in Finding Nemo, Gurgle the purple goby; he's my inner germaphobe! I also love Mr. Ray because he sings ocean facts haha. Inner biology nerd there. And can't forget Squirt!!

I actually really enjoy watching you pour in-the-pot swirls into the molds. It's really soothing to watch the different colors pour out and swirl together.
I would love a video that talks about how different methods of putting the colors into the pot yields different results in the final soap. There's so many different ways to do in-the-pot swirls!

I really love turtles! We went to Hawaii a couple of years ago and we swam off the beach a way and random turtles came up and swam with us. Amazing experience. I love crush on finding nemo.

I like that acronym!
I nearly started crying as I usually do when it comes to animals. I love them dearly and have done my part by raising orphans and injured animals and birds. There is little more satisfying than watching a teen coon or a hummingbird that you have saved the life of, back into the wild. At four years old I showed my mother my special talent. I can whisper wild creatures to allow me to help them. The first was a white duck being attacked by a huge gaggle of wild ones. I entered the fray and walked up to it which drove the Mallards off but the white domestic duck stayed. They had pecked its feet to bleeding but it could still walk and fly. In my sunday best because we were visiting my father's grave, I picked it up, wrapped my arms around it and walked it to my mother who was about twenty yards away. My first save animal spent time in our bathtub while its feet healed and then was released to my uncle's farm with his collection of different ducks. Unfortunately I can't save any more animals because of my health. I hope to one day be able to do it again. Oh, my last saved creature was a red shouldered hawk! It was injured and I walked up to it, speaking softly, it entered the tub I held without a fuss. Ahhhhhhhhh so happy!

"Pink Sands" is actually a Yankee Candle dupe, BUT!... I always thought it'd make for a great Bath & Body Works scent too!😊 I LOVE that you did this project (with a double meaning in honor of Brandy's family member!❤)... We live in FL. and took part of a tour where our guide talked about pollutants (including micoplastics) that affect sea life. As a soapmaker myself, it really hit me because I'd been using plastic-based glitters on my soaps & didn't realize those micoplastics were getting washed down the drain and having such a negative impact on the very same oceans that I love. With Nurture Soap going plastic-free on all their glitters, I got a few really gorgeous enviroglitters, and switched to using re-usable equipment & tools too (no more plastic cups anymore! Everything can be washed & re-used). It just makes me so happy that there are SO MANY environmentally conscious crafters out there, and your soap was such a beautiful inspiration to people who are already doing their part, and to others who want to learn how they can too (or how they can do MORE)! 👏👏👏 ❤❤❤
OHHHHH... And my favorite character from "Finding Nemo" is the little octopus (I don't know her name😕). She's the one that explains to Nemo that one of her tentacles is shorter than the others, "...but you can't tell, especially when I twirl them like this!"😂 Makes me laugh every time & helps kids to hopefully love and embrace their uniqueness!
Soap-porting such a great cause, I’m sure I speak for all us fans in saying we really appreciate the steps you’re making to be a more conscientious artisan with cutting down on single use plastic and using gorgeous plastic free alternatives!

You should do a ramen themed soap!
Like have a grayish base that's like and inch thick and have the gray be translucentish with black specks resembling the granite or rock like bowl [you could use big black glitter or blueberry seeds] Then have the rest be a transparent brown with light tan noodle imbeds with chive imbeds and other ramen-y stuff. Then to finish it you could add a silver spoon! [you could do a gray spoon imbed then polish it or dust it with tiny silver glitter dust or silver pigment powder!] This is just a weird idea, thought you might like it...😊 I love you guys sooooooo much! You guys are the best and, Katie, you are so freaking gorgeous and have such a lovable funny personality. Your friends and family are so lucky to have you.❤️

I love love adore this soap, I love sea turtles too. Gypsyfae soaps also did a wonderful soap for a fan who lost someone which are beautiful bars. My house has a gate right onto the beach. There are baby turtles heading to the sea right now in Bali hundreds of them as my friend is there now
The older turtle is my favorite! He's just so chill and like the opposite of Marlin. When he says something like "Wait. Let's see what the little guy will do.." when the baby turtle leaves the EAC and how he celebrates when he gets back in alone! And like, that's how I want to be as a parent!

I've got to be perfectly honest Katie, my two favourite characters from "Finding Nemo" are Dory - because as I get older, I have memory farts (sorry for that word, but it's what describes it best!) and even though I have my challenges, I "just keep swimming". So the second are a group - the seagulls shouting "Mine, mine, mine". We have a lot of these guys hanging out by Lake Ontario most of the year round and ever since I watched "Nemo" with my daughter, whenever they squawk, I hear "mine, mine, mine". I love the design and have contributed one way or another to a few conservancies because we bipeds are the Guardians of this Earth and we need to care more about it for our children and grandchildren, etc. etc.
