  • How to help baby turn HEAD DOWN | 5 at home exercises to NATURALLY turn baby | This video is for you if your baby is positioned breech, posterior, or transverse and you want to naturally turn baby by exercises at home. Babies move head down between 26-30 weeks, so if you are past that stage and you know your baby is breech, posterior, or transverse, I recommend following these five exercises and positions that I think helped my baby turn from being transverse to head down.

    I'm almost 37 weeks pregnant and doctor told me that my baby is breech .I.saw ur video and within a week my baby came to normal position. Thanku so much ❤

    I just became 34 weeks day before yesterday and that evening US showed that baby was in breech. I came home, found this video and started doing it. I also did the exercises yesterday and on today’s doctor visit, she said that the baby has flipped!!!!! Thank you so so much for this video and thanks to all the people who shared in comments how the video has helped. ❤

    Ok so I was 27 weeks when I went in for my scan and my baby was breech. Was 30weeks when I met with my midwife and she told me if by 37 weeks she was still breech she would hav to refer me for a c-section 😩 so obviously I was in desperate need to turn my baby 😂 So at 30 weeks I started doing your exercises plus 30mins walking on the treadmill! I recently just went for my 2nd to last scan at 32weeks and she is finally head down & in position 😊thank you so much!! 👍🏽

    I will try these exercises today, I am 38 week’s pregnant my baby was in position but on Sunday she decided to flip, I have my ECV schedule for tomorrow so hoping and praying for this to work.

    I was 37 weeks going on 38 and found out my baby’s head was no longer down at the appointment one week before my induction. I did these exercises and at the appointment the week of my induction/pending c-section my doctor said the baby’s head was back down! I was able to deliver naturally. These exercises and video are a life-saver. Thank you so so much for sharing this!

    32 wk appointment and baby is breached
    started these exercises yesterday night when I found your 1st video.
    Doing it again today and going to keep doing 2X a day in morning and afternoon. Hopefully next appointment, which I’m on weekly appointments, baby has gone head down.

    Very useful this is my second baby until last week my baby was in breech position I have scheduled for c section 12/11/2022 but for last one week i have did these exercise which turned my baby to cephalic now its gonna be normal delivery

    I am almost 38 weeks pregnant. Found out my baby was transverse and did all the excercises except for the forward leaning (due to having extra amniotic fluid) also got a blessing. Today at my appointment to have them try and move her i found out baby moved head down!! Thank you so much!! I hope she stays that way 🙏.

    This helps me a lot. My baby was in transverse position but after a week of exercise, he's head is already in a head down position. I had my sonographic result yesterday and I am so happy that he is now in a cephalic position. Thank God and thank you fifelife! I am in my 37th week now and very much ready for normal delivery anytime soon.

    38w and baby has moved back transverse. Doing these, walking, and going to the chirp to get aligned. Hopefully it works! I’ve got less than a week til I’m induced! Hoping she’ll be in position so I don’t need to get a c section

    I am 36 and 1/2 weeks today and my baby is breech. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I’m concerned about the version procedure and I’m fearful of a c-section. Praying that these exercises work! Will definitely update ASAP with results, as I have an ultrasound in 4 days. Only question I have is how many times a day should I do these exercises? I don’t want to over due it, or under-due it?       @@Maya-xr6sc yes and no. This baby was a flipper all the way till the end! The exercises helped him move head down, but then hours later he’s flipped around again. So they unfortunately didn’t help him stay down. I did the exercises at least 3 times a day to encourage him to stay down as much as possible, and the day of my induction I just keep repeating them over and over all day until I went to the hospital, I was induced bc baby never dropped so the exercises definitely didn’t help with that :( but luckily he stayed head down, but in the end, even w the induction I had an emergency c-section.     This is my second pregnancy and I am 34 weeks pregnant and found my baby is breech, so definitely will try these exercises since my doctor explained if she doesnt turn by 36 weeks then I will be scheduled for a c-section, but I could try exercises to encourage the head down position. I will try it 3 times a day and pray that she flips...

    Hi I'm 39 weeks pregnant and my baby is in transverse position and my doctor said I need to go C-Section, but I really want a normal delivery. Is it possible that my baby will be in position if I do these?

    I was kind of sceptical and tried these out, because doing something is better than doing nothing and just wait it out. I did these 2 times yesterday, and this morning I did it once. I just had a growth scan and baby is now head down!!! Hopefully she'll stay this way!

      ​@kousipershiya5575 I did all the exercises for the amount of time she's doing them in the video. I did them twice a day. And throughout the entire day I focused on my posture, so sitting up straight instead of slouching. For my baby that was enough to turn, but it might be different for yours.

    Hi, how do you know if your baby turned the head down? Do you have an ultrasound device at home to use after you exercised?

      For me, I could physically feel her position head down, but the only sure way to know is by ultrasound. (at the doctor's office). Good luck mama!

    How many times a day do you suggest doing these? Most exercises I’ve found say 3-4 times a day...

      HI Anna! For me, I did these exercises once and it helped move my baby head down- but I know other people have tried more. Although, once you know baby is head down, don't do the forward leaning inversion for at least three days. I explain more in my FAQ's video if you want to learn more!     transversw at my 38wks and still have 11 days till the day of my delivery..will do this exercise and i hope i will get good results .i dont want to go for c-section..Hope this really works..

    I'm a bit confused with the inverted hip raises. With most of the other exercises the moms head is down and bum in the air but this one it seems like gravity will pull the baby the other way.

      Hi Vijaya- I recommend doing all of the exercises (three times a day) until you know baby is head down. Also, pay special attention to your posture as that can affect baby from turning as well. GOOD LUCK!
